One of the newest additions to the Dairy Market. Seems like the menu rotates quite a bit as several pictures of dishes we have seen were not on the current menu and were not nightly specials. The food was good, pricey, but good. We didn't have reservations, but were able to find seats at the bar. The house paloma was okay, but not what an $11 drink should be. I will pass on cocktails next time. We split the chicken tacos appetizer, which I thoroughly enjoyed, the sirloin which was good as well, and the grilled street corn. Personally, the corn was the star of the show. On future visits, I will probably skip the entrees and enjoy an appetizer paired with a side item. For example, on a return visit, I could easily order pupusas and roasted vegetables or the fingerling potatoes and a grilled romaine salad.

The food here is amazing! I've eaten there 5 times and can't wait to go again. The steak is always perfect, the sides spectacular, the sauces to die for. I highly recommend the ribeye with bone marrow butter.

Minimalist style furnitures and plating. The service however is lacking sometimes. We arrived at the restaurant with a reservation but no one greeted us. We’ve seen the same happening to other guests at the door too. Maybe they’re just very understaffed. The ceviche appetizer was quite blend to me. The sauce doesn’t have any flavor except from sourness. The burger entree that I had was very good. Perfectly cooked pattie and full of flavor. Will definitely come back in the future.

For our first experience, we went on a Wednesday night ($10 steaks) to avoid spending what it costs for 4 to dine here.
The food was perfect. The chef has put a lot of time and effort into setting the ambiance just right. The place is beautiful. Smells from the wood-fired grill fill the air.
If not for the couple at the bar (sadly just off to my right) allowing their under 10 children to run rampant screaming at any random decibel for no effect at all, it would have been the perfect meal.
We will definitely be back for the ribeye, and the butchers choice. Last night it was a 30oz tomahawk. I wasn't prepared for that just yet. Updates to follow.....

Easily the best food in cville. The cocktails are also amazing and so gorgeous. This is my #1 restaurant recommendation for anyone I know.

The 10$ steak night was an incredible deal! I highly recommend making a reservation early since they might run out of certain cuts of steak early in the evening. First time customers and enjoyed the vibes! although without the deal the menu is a bit on the higher end $$$

All I can say is NOM NOM NOM!! The service was super quick. The drinks were delicious. We had the avocado salad and mariscas. Wonderful flavoring.

There's a lot to like about this place - it's sleek, airy and the menu concept is solid. Execution, at least on the Monday night recently that I sat at the bar, needs improvement. Bartender was a bit aloof...had to flag down other staff, sometimes several times, for service. The ribeye, priced at $30, was OK - but personally I'd be willing to pay more for a better cut of meat. Didn't feel like steakhouse quality. Starter and side were good. Willing to give them another chance.

The place is very nice, and the service was extremely nice and professional, but the food was not worth it. Both steaks my fiancee and her mother received were rare when asked for medium. The empanadas were very good. They were out on multiple items, which limited their already limited menu. You can tell the Chocolate Tres Leches Cake has been in the fridge for at least a day because it was extremely hard.
I'd love to give this place another try, but for now my experience was no where near what I expected.
