This is by far the best boba I have ever made. I knew this place was gonna be good when I looked behind the counter and saw the Boba in a rice cooker. The tea is super creamy and delicious, I will be back for more 🧋

So normally I love Kung fu tea, but this location wasn’t as good as I’ve come to expect. The prices marked when I came in and ordered were lower than the ones u actually paid, and the misleading pricing was not a good experience. Also I felt rushed ordering even though there was no one behind me, and there were no digital kiosks to more easily customize my drink; which left me with a drink I like, but not really in the way I like it, which is far harder to specify when I’m ordering with a human.

Update: I tried their new Korean bowls under the name Danbap. The prices are pretty steep ($8.75 for pork, $9.50 for beef, $8.75 for combo), but the food itself is pretty good. I got the combo (mix of 2 meats, half and half). They put a generous helping of meat on the top which I appreciate. It’s pretty much meat and rice. The rice is more on the side of sticky rice, and they only give a little bit of lettuce. But it’s topped with green onions, sesame seeds, etc. The pork has some spice, but it’s not overwhelming or too spicy (I even got their spicy sauce on the side which I recommend, it’s both spicy and sweet). I’d recommend trying it if you haven’t already.

This place hits and never misses. Ever.

I always get their milk tea boba with almond milk. Their regular milk tea is also really, really good. What I love about this place is that all the options are non-dairy, so you don’t have to worry about substitutes.

The end product is always creamy, smooth, sweet, and refreshing. You can also adjust your level of sweetness (I always get 30% sweet and it still tastes plenty sweet). I definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants a pick-me-up or a treat!

Every time we go they are out of tapioca or some other ingredient, or they shut down the slush machine early... 30 min before closing. Maybe they wanted to leave early, but they had 8 employees standing around. With that many closers you would think it wouldn't take long do all the closing procedures. 🤷‍♀️

‼️No boba after 5 pm everyday!!‼️one day they finally had boba… and imagine my disappointment when the seal on the top ode the drink was sloppily put on and the drink leaked everywhere. Not to mention, I never received the milk cap I requested for my order !!! Pls show your customer a bit of professionalism and respect! Thank you!

Consistently good every visit. Very nice atmosphere, TVs and board games to play. Love that I can control the sugar level of my drink. Loved the food too but very odd that I could only use cash or Venmo (on drinks you can use credit/debit cards)

This was my first visit to this store and I liked the ambience. They have several board games! The milk tea was nice but I have had better. Overall a nice place to hangout with friends.

Always stop here while in town. Matcha with red bean is my go to. Closely followed by White Grape!

Every time I go the tea is always good and the boba is cooked just right. I just tried the matcha tea and it's soooo creamy

Taro slush with boba was great as always! But the egg tart took forever to get, and when we got it, it was still cold in the middle. But the drink was super good!
