The atmosphere is nice. Walking distance from everything, which is nice. The toast on my sandwich was burnt. Other than that, my visit was pleasant. The staff were very friendly and polite. I would come back for their chai (they were out when I visited, hence the hot cocoa hehe).

Nice coffee choices and a handful of dessert and pastry options. They have some sandwiches as well. Free wi-fi results in people lingering a while, so seating can be tight at peak times.

Their coffee and latte is very average. The price is okay. This is just a average coffee house, but it's nice to relax and unwind.

Delicious food and and excellent coffee selection. I haven't been disappointed with anything I've had here. It is a smaller shop, so be prepared to take your order to-go as seating is limited. Very cool shop!

Good customer service and tea. I also like the coffee grinder in the sitting area.

The place has a nice aesthetic but their actual coffee is awful. I’ve had it multiple times and kept thinking maybe it was just a bad batch, but no, it’s always burnt tasting. There are much better coffee places in Blacksburg.

Always a good little spot to take a meeting or meet up with people. Good drop coffee and bagels. Usually pretty busy but service is quick and friendly!

Great coffee and cool atmosphere. Can't work from there as the wifi blocks a lot of different apps and sites, some that were unexpected. But you have to balance bandwidth and usability so I get it, just worth noting.

Coffee my wife ordered was good complexion but came out lukewarm. Cappuccino I ordered was boring - no designs, no stand-out flavor - just an ordinary cappuccino I could make better at home much cheaper. Cheese danish we had was meh… no better than grocery store danish. The breakfast bagel sandwiches were equally as boring and lacking any stand-out qualities.
Perhaps what was the worst was the service. The young lady at the register had no interest in greeting us as customers and had the appearance of someone who had no interest in being there. I told her it was our first time there and she did not take that as a signal to provide more information about the business. My wife and I had to guess our way through how the service worked and how to order. I would be embarrassed to manage service that bad. Training must be non-existent and selection of staff is obviously not based on ability to provide quality service.

Friendly service! Nice, country-style environment. We had a dirty chai and an egg and cheese sandwich with veggie sausage. Both items were good.
