Peet's Coffee

My sister and I received excellent customer service today from some young men. They were very kind, and sweet.. they made us feel welcomed and made our day! :-) they deserve recognition! They made our pit bull happy too, he received his own order of whipped creamed adorned with with treats, it was super cute. Thanks guys!

My fave coffee after this place turned from Caribou to Peet's. I'm not a Starbucks fan so I come here almost every morning. The only beef I have is that they are a bit more expensive than Starbucks. Otherwise, the drive through is convenient, the staff is friendly and fast and the coffee is delicious.

Got to try some Frozen Yogurt at this place and geez was it amazing! I had the Coconut, Cake Batter and Taro flavors. Extremely kind and respectful staff! The interior was nicely decorated and very clean. I will be returning without a doubt.

I’ve only been to this location twice. First time great and I spent an hour relaxing and catching up on reading. Second time, my coffee was barely warm and baristas were so loud enjoying themselves I had to leave. Hoping that’s not typical. I think most of their business is drive-thru. Love Peet’s coffee and the BELMONT cafe is my fav. Over a year going there.

I walked in just to order a tea and they were SO rude. I decided to ignore the cashier who was taking my order and making me feel uncomfortable. Completely messed up my order so they remade it and tried to charge me for both drinks. The cashier was very monotone, looked like he was on drugs. I don’t know who they hire but they definitely need to replace their employees. Will never be going back.

Not sure what is more disappointing, below average coffee or the rudeness of the employees. Really wish we had more local coffee shops here.

They used to be good. I have no idea what happened. For a few months now (4 months) they have gotten TERRIBLE. On multiple occasions I get coffee and it tastes like water! I got coffee this morning, and didn't taste it. When I left to go to work, on the way, I tasted the coffee and tastes legit like WATER. It was so disgusting. Another time, the coffee was burned, and another time, they only serve dark roast after 2 PM. Who does that? I am very disappointed with their service lately. I drive all the way to the Peets at Wholefoods now.

Pete’s coffee has great food and beverages BUT this particular location has got to move faster because you can seriously spend 20 to 30 minutes just waiting in the drive-through line!!!! It’s ridiculous. Get them some help.

Staff was super friendly and professional. The atmosphere is nice for small dates or post movie discussions. Coffee is very good and still better than starbucks.
