Peet's Coffee

First timer to this brand. A very good competitor to the big green coffee shops. Friendly and efficient staff filling orders. A good range of breakfast sandwiches to go with a wide range of drink recipes, with some unique flavors like "The Black Tie" option. There is a drive thru and a small amount of indoor and outdoor seating.

Personally, I believe Peet's Coffee is better tasting when compared with Starbucks. Location is very clean and everyone is anxious to assist with placing an order to understanding the specific coffee selection.

The barista's were very rude..the environment and atmosphere of the cafe was very gloomy...... My drinks were also made incorrectly and I left the cafe while feeling upset. DO not go to this Peet's coffee cafe people. It's not a good one. There are better ones in Northern Virginia.

Great coffee, smooth, and love drive thru coffee shops too. Customer service is friendly at the window and/or inside.

Love this location. I will always choose Peet's over Starbucks. BUT PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Once they added mobile order to this location you can see the employees are completely overwhelmed in the mornings. You will easily wait 20 minutes or more for your drink. (Even through mobile order)

Great service!! Drive thru was out of service. I had a sleeping toddler in the back so I couldn’t get out. I called and asked if someone could bring my order to the car. I placed my order and Bria brought it to my car. She then asked if I needed anything else. I really appreciate quality service and Peets staff definitely went above and beyond.

Great chain that makes it feel local... baristas are efficient and talented. Honestly, better than the "star" place. Local tip, if not using drive thru park on west or back side of building...there is a rear entrance easier in and out.

This place needs a serious upgrade in every way. Employees are usually 50/50 here, sometimes they’re really nice and sometimes they’re just rude and careless and don’t pay attention to details. As I was ordering the music blasted! They apologized and turned it down which was still extremely loud. Then, I asked them if they could please turn it down a little more, the young lady asked the lady with the braids to turn it down, she rolled her eyes and never turned it down. So, I waited a few minutes and took my laptop and left. It’s not a club it’s a coffee shop.

This location is pretty much always busy. They do have a drive through, but I prefer to go in. I love that they have non-dairy/vegan options for flavoring syrups and milks. The coffee lattes are smooth and no burnt coffee taste like Starbucks. Employees are willing to check ingredients for the syrups if they are not certain. Overall, I highly recommend Peet's Coffee.
