Blend Coffee Bar

I realized I've been coming to this spot for weeks by now, and never got a chance to drop a review. So here it is!

Blend is an up-and-coming coffee shop, and one of the best in Ashburn area. They serve great lattes, coffee, espresso, and even some breakfast items and sandwiches that I've never tried. My favorite here is the Milky Way latte -- so nice to have it your way or the highway!

So far I've come here a few times. Been blown away by the antiquated decor and the plethora of seating options they have on each occasion -- even if some of them are reminiscent of hole-in-the-wall locations.

For food, only one I've tried is Egg Sammy -- an English muffin with sriracha sauce, spinach, and egg contained within. It was decent; let's be honest, I could probably rustle up something equally as good (if not better) on an average day. It was worthwhile for a first experience however.

For lattes, they have a respectable collection of signatures, and also a rotating selection of seasonal ones -- such as the Snowy Day latte; I've tried that, but it wasn't my "cup of tea" sadly enough. I've also had Milky Way and Campfire -- with dark and light mocha, both personal favorites -- as well as the Golden Graham, Honey-Mom with cardamom, and Turtle, all of which were decent.

There is plentiful parking in the lot outside and sufficient amount of reserved spots for the place; however, my one complaint is that all are usually taken on a good day.

Also, did I mention free wi-fi?

The one thing that strikes me is the thoughtful decor and seating options. That, plus the fact that I'm an occasional repeat customer, makes me give the full stars in this review.

Overall, an enjoyable spot to get a drink in the morning or afternoon time, or to just sit back and get some work done.

Highly recommend to anyone local to the Ashburn area!

This is my second time coming to this coffee bar and it's been fantastic. The pour over is done just right but their lattees are exceptional. I like that they have a few selections of non dairy milk like Oat milk. They have beer and wine and lots of cool events going on. Its certainly worth checking out.

Great local coffee shop. Good coffee and great environment to work in if you're able to work remotely. Also, they have a wide array of non milk options!

While visiting Ashburn to tour a possible new apartment for our move, my boyfriend and I decided to stop by Blend Coffee Bar. I think we found our new favorite stop. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and fab coffee!

Nicely decorated and inviting environment. Coffee was good and served very quickly. They do serve breakfast sandwich but took very long time though. Very small food preparation place at the corner. Makes me think that their focus is on beverage than breakfast food. Maybe I was expecting like DD, where I can get variety of breakfast items and coffee.

I will definitely visit again before giving up due to extremly slow breakfast service. Plenty of designated and open parking within this plaza.

Coffee was great, although the barista seemed somewhat rude and was talking and interrupting her co worker when he would try and take an order or make smalltalk with the customer at the register. Loved the Gingerbread Cookie Latte.

Great coffee bar! Nice patio outside with heaters and tents set up incase it’s too cold and you’re not comfortable being inside. Great place to catch up with friends and family. Coffee is delicious and other snacks and food items are good too but don’t expect to have a full course meal but small items as it is a coffee bar.

Nice and cozy sort of hidden gem if you are not specifically looking for it (not easily seen from any major road). Great coffee, friendly staff and very good service. Pretty "hip" environment and usually a good crowd in the mornings. Highly recommend to search it out and stop by if you are in the area.⁸

Great coffee, wine and beer! Great local spot. Good could use improvement but they have food trucks and events often that are on points.

'Home away from home!' It's definitely one of 'those' spots. From the food, to the baristas, to the atmosphere, everything fits together quite nicely. Too bad that it closes earlier now though: 5:30-6:30p was 'my spot'...though there weren't many people there. Well, it's best for business...so visit! You won't be sorry!
