Quick review: waited an hour longer than our quoted time. Food was bland and was ill prepared. The server was pleasant but not very present.

My wife and I joined the wait-list online and showed up 15 minutes before our quoted time and checked in with the host. She said they would text us when the table was ready. We waited for about 30 minutes outside before we moved inside to be within view of the host stand. After another 25 minutes of standing uncomfortably in the hallway we found out we had been dropped from the wait-list. Luckily we were sat within the next 5 minutes.

We ordered the cowboy hash which at first bite was pretty good, but we quickly found out it was way too smokey. Seemed like somebody was a little heavy handed with liquid smoke, which in my opinion doesn't taste great on meat anyway. Since they minced everything into tiny bits, the dish had the aesthetic appeal of dogfood with two poached eggs on it.
We also got one of the specials of the day which was something like a southwest quesadilla. It was a nice enough idea, but not well executed. The egg was dry and flopping out of the sides. There seemed to be no salt or spices within the quesadilla at all, and very little cheese. The hash browns had very good flavor and seasoning, but I wish that they were crispy for some texture. But they were cooked all the way through which was nice.

Since this was our first and only time there I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt with 3 stars. I know my experience was colored by being on the wait-list for 2 hours and standing for an hour. I realize it was during Saturday lunch which is a busy time for them. But I felt compelled to share my experience, so here you go.

This bistro was perfection for brunch. Great vibes, everything was homemade (including the English muffins for the eggs benedict!) and the coffee bar was a great place to wait for our table. The drink special, spiced hot buttered rum, was something truly special. Will definitely be back!

Best eggs Benedict ever! Had the Californian eggs Benedict, veggie version. Great service, very quick.

My boyfriend and I have never had a bad time here! Great food, great people, and the prices are wonderful as well! We always leave happy and full! If you're looking for an amazing breakfast, lunch, brunch, you can't go wrong! Absolutely love this place! I would rank higher than 5 stars if I could! I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Our waitress, Kristy I think, was the single best waitress We’ve ever had. If you need any recommendations for beers or brewery’s she knows her stuff! We will come back (next vacation) just for her. Foods great too. Awesome bacon. Phenomenal place

The food was really good, the mimosas were even better! We sat at the bar and could see the kitchen process. The kitchen staff and bartender were total rockstars and they were pushing quality food and drinks out quickly!

I had the cowboy hash and it was delicious! I was with 5 others for my mother's birthday and we all enjoyed our meals. Great food, prices and friendly service.

Hadn’t been for a couple years. Got tired of Montpelier venues for breakfast and drove to Winooski.
They have not lost a step. Everything was fantastic! I got the California Benedict (should have taken a picture, but it looked so good I dug right in and forgot) but I asked to substitute the Veggie Sausage for regular sausage. They actually cut the links lengthwise and flatten them out on the grill to fit better! Honestly the best breakfast I’ve had in a year or more.
My friend got the Cowboy Hash and said it was great!
We sat outside and the service was spotty, (would have appreciated a drink refill), but the food more than made up for it.

Holy smokes do I love this place. Sneakers was recommended to us by a local and we could not be happier. I had the corned beef hash and my SO had the Sneakers Classic Eggs Benedict.

The corned beef hash had minced corned beef, plenty of crispy potatoes, two poached eggs, and toast. I saw the beverage menu and they awesome fall themed alcoholic drinks. While I didn’t get them, I saw plenty of people with them. The eggs benny had a wonderful zesty Hollandaise sauce.

The location has some street parking and there’s a garage nearby. If you don’t want to wait as long, you can put your name on the waiting list online.

I must say the service was some of the best I’ve experienced. Checked in enough times to make sure our waters and coffees were full, but gave us enough time to enjoy our meal.

I cannot wait to come back!!
