Giving 5 stars to spite Dennis Adams giving 1 star over staff eating behind the counter. Grow up and get a life, dude.

Decent store, but multiple chip cards haven't worked at pumps my last 3 visits. Nobody inside seems to care.

My partner’s wallet went missing at this gas station & when we asked the manager to review footage she became suspiciously defensive saying we couldn’t. Told us to “get out of her store”. Any kind person would take pity on a lost wallet & review the tape to see, there was no reason to be defensive other than one of them stole it & was lying. I’ve also heard countless stories of this gas station stealing (like this situation) & selling alcohol & tobacco to minors. Will not be back & I suggest everyone steer clear.

They open late and close early every day due to a lack of staff. Even when they're open, they might not have coffee or hot food. This has been going on for months, so it's not a temporary problem.

There are plenty of well-staffed stores in the area who follow their posted hours, some open 24/7 like this one used to be, so I can only see this as management's refusal to adjust their business practices to meet the needs of their employees and customers.

Drove my car to this location on Saturday 4/25/2020 at about 8:00 PM for a snack, I saw the advertised price for Unleaded Regular was $1.69 per gallon, so I decided to top off my tank. I pulled in to Pump #2 and inserted my MasterCard into the Gas Pump, then selected (pressed 87 Octane Button) Regular Unleaded gas. I noticed that it filled up quickly, so I looked at the receipt for my gas, when I noticed I was charge $2.69 per gallon, in order words it was Premium Gas that I pumped into my gas tank, though I had selected Unleaded Regular. I went into the store to purchase my snack, and with receipt in hand I entered and picked out my snack, then proceeded to the Cashier. I spoke to Penny about my negative experience just a couple of minutes at Pump 2 previously. She got defensive and wouldn't even give me the name of the Store Manager. I was overcharged about $4:00 and wanted to complain to someone.

On Tuesday 4/28/2020 I called and spoke to Heidi the Store Mgr, to whom I explained my dissatisfaction with the CSR and being given Premiun, when I selected Regular. She interrupted telling me that 19 out of 20 cases similar to my experience were due to Customers inadvertently pressing the wrong button. I told her that I vividly remember pressing the Unleaded Regular, did not press anyother button on that pump. Heidi / Store Mgr then offered to look at video and review the transaction. Heidi called me back and was dead set that I pressed another button, so I became frustrated by her reluctance to believe me, so I thanked for her outstanding customer service skills and hung-up.
This bait and switch cost me more than just $4.00, plus I was treated as if were a Liar. I will never return to this Cumberland Farms store.
Thank you.

I like the new and improved Cumberland Farms. It's much roomier and they now serve hot, fresh food. The staff is very friendly. Gas prices are competitive. The only downside is the coffee has flavor shots instead of actual flavored coffee.

12/22/19 update:
The egg rolls used to be really good, but they changed them a few months ago and now they are really gross. I won't get them any more. swatopped in today and the item I picked up from the hot food section was mislabeled. Not too happy about that.

Closed at 7:30 on a Thursday night had 2 small babies in my car on my last drop of gas and they aren’t even open good thing the station down the road was open even though they close at 8 glad I didn’t stay at the camp any later then we did

Only has lite cream which is disgusting. No half and half or even whole milk. Different prices if you don’t have their dumb loyalty card. Nowhere to wait in car if pumps are full. It’s a gas station so whatever but... in Vermont we have real cream. No light cream garbage. (FYI it is half skim milk and half high fructose corn syrup. Not a bit healthy)

They were freaking closed, at 9pm on a Saturday despite hours saying until 11. I drove here on my last drop of gas.

Screw these guys.

Cashier Kelsea was eating behind the counter while cashing out customers..... Cumbies should not allow this to be done!
