Woodland Baking and Coffee

Best coffee in Stowe! The loose leaf teas and matcha are exceptional. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, the menu caters to all preferences and diet restrictions and on top of that is simply delicious. The staff is so friendly and works so hard. Definitely don't miss this stopping in here!

The baked goods (patisserie if you want to be a douche about it) were quite good. there is no flatware for "dine in" just chairs and tables. the coffee and espresso were not good. had a plain hot latte and it seemed like they're using a super light roast blend which is not my preference. both the "organic" chocolate milks i bought the kiddos had gone past. i probably won't go back next time I'm in Stowe.

Woodland Baking is worth the trip. I don't just mean from wherever you're staying in Stowe, or nearby - I mean it is worth coming here from out of state to have superlative pastry and coffee. The espresso drinks and croissants are delicious and expertly made to a very very high standard, absolutely world class.

Good, tasty, gluten free options, incredible pastries. The almond croissant with chocolate was simply decadent. I wish we could have bought a dozen and eaten them through the trip--I'd have likely eaten them all in the first two hours though--so good! The burrito was ok. Nothing to write home about, but not bad.
We'll be back, for sure!

Food made with love and savoir-faire. Best coffee in town. Everything we tasted was very tasty and healthy. An nice relaxing morning experience: order and chill outside. I was so happy to see they had a vegan option available. I definitely recommend trying the vegan sandwich, whether or not you are vegan. The turmeric latte and lavender-matcha latte are worth trying!

Wow - everything here was baked to perfection. I had an incredible tomato dill frittata tart that was one of the best bakery bites I can remember. I ordered a corn poblano scone which the helpful cashier suggested I put egg and cheese on like a sandwich - I happily obliged. Spectacular. Great coffee too.
