Really special restaurant. I have been visiting Vermony for the past 4 weeks from Australia & this has been my favourite place to eat. The meals here are perfect. Healthy choices, meals are a sensible size & reasonably priced.

We have been ordering take out from Pauline's every Sunday for the last 4 or 5 Sundays. Each week we are thrilled with our "Sunday dinner." This week was Mother's Day and Pauline's outdid themselves. The crab-stuffed sole was incredible! My husband had the lamb and was very pleased. Last week I had the potato crusted salmon. To die for! I am getting spoiled by Pauline's take out! I also recommend the Sangani63 Hibiscus Mojito.

Pauline's is very careful in dealing with my food allergy. Another bonus for me ordering from them.

Food was excellent, but service was extremely slow.

The food was very good and we really liked the atmosphere. This was an accidental find, and so happy that we discovered it. We hear that the brunch is great but haven't made it yet.

Everything was amazing. From the food to the service. I had the escargot, oysters Rockefeller and the schnitzel. At Pauline's they care abc's our shows in the taste and presentation if the food. My only regret was not talking a picture so you guys could see. I live in Connecticut so here's proof I'm not just a local ring to help from up business. Come to Pauline's you won't regret it!!!!!

Pauline's has been consistently excellent since I've lived in the area, which is going on 24 years now. I've had fantastic family dinners and business events as well. Always a good choice.

One of the best restaurants in the Burlington area. The pepper crusted filet is amazing, popovers are delicious and the beat salad is really good too. I highly recommend this restaurant.

YUM! Summer Risotto was delightful. 10 entree choices, healthy, reasonably priced in comparison to other local spots. Healthy kid menu. $40 fed 1 child and myself w/ wine (w/o dessert). Definitely will return.

A Burlington area French food and locally sourced dining favorite. Cozy, home-spun, familiar atmosphere. You'll feel like you are having Sunday dinner at your grandmother's house, but the grandmother with the well-kept, Vermont mansion on a farm. Not too casual, except for Sunday brunch. Quiet, enjoyable mood that is romantic as well as good for groups (I.e., large families). Highly Recommended!!

All the food was delicious
Everything including the crab cakes to my key lime pie was delicious
Especially my ceasar salad and my shrimp risotto
