Sad and disgusted that this store has gone so far downhill the last two years. One of the busiest Cumberland farms locations and whoever is in "charge" completely dropped the ball on this store. Nothing is ever in stock . Lighters are being recalled left and right. The manager Taylor who I absolutely loved and was such a hard worker left because of mistreatment after her running a clean smooth store for years it is nauseating to see how bad things are now. I came up here at 3am (normally 24hr store) closed. Sign on the door says closed from 10pm to 6am .. it's 630 I'm sitting here once again waiting to go buy cigarettes and there is no one there. Coffee soda and slushie machines always broke down and they either never get fixed or are half arsed fixed and they break down within weeks. I get it no one wants to work . So maybe instead of keeping this a 24hr store they close at 10pm shift staff around and stop this b.s. Every other day the doors are closed and there is a sign saying sorry closed til 11pm .. or closed til 6am and just like right now. NO ONE THERE. I've been going to this location almost every single day for over a decade and I have never seen it this bad. This whole year so far has been BAD. Whoever is in charge of taking care of this store and the employees . DO SOMETHING .. it isn't fair to them or us.
When travelling, I usually choose a Cumberland Farms if I have to stop for coffee a snack or to use the restroom. Yesterday I stopped at this Cumberland Farms on College Parkway in Colchester. The restroom was so dirty! Clearly it had not been cleaned in a long time. I am not a clean freak and always give the benefit of the doubt if things are not perfect. However, this could not be overlooked. In this time of quarantines and concerns over disease, clean bathrooms are a must. Get your act together!
on 22 May 2016 I stopped there to get can soda from the cooler. The had 16-oz diet coke 2 for $2.00 (or $1.19 each) Total came to $2.65 which I thought was too high so I complained to the cashier. He quickly spewed something about deposit ($.05 per) and 7% tax. Well it turns out they charged regular price of $1.19 each plus deposit and tax and did not honor their posted price in the cooler. Hope this costs them more than 38-cents in sales. Buyer Beware ! ! !

The staff are good folks who do their best with the tools they are given. Prices are good too... When they are open.

Open 24 hours sign next to a sign saying “closing at 1030 pm re open at 7 am” why even keep the 24 hour sign up at this point?

I usually enjoy the pizzas here but this time was just gross. Way to many toppings, soggy, soaking through the box. Tastes okay but it's a mess.

Refused to provide a bathroom for customers in -5F degree weather. Employee says it has been out of order for months.

Friendly staff, good prices. One of the few places I can find payday bars.

Always clean, coffee is good/well priced. The gas is usually cheapest in town.
