Shawn is a family friend and I was so excited to see that he had started his own coffee roasting business. I finally got to order some beans, both single origin batches, and my God. This coffee is some of the best I've tasted in my life - you can really tell that these guys care about the quality of their coffee. Ethically sourced, perfectly roasted. You can't ask for much more!

Next time I'm down that direction you can bet I'll stop in.

Awesome coffee! It’s such a good roast I autoship every month now. Loaded for early morning adventure.

Super cute store/ice cream/cafe/coffee shop. All connected inside, order to the far left of the building.

When traveling, my wife and I like to get beans from a local roaster that are nice a fresh. The staff here was very helpful in selecting a roast that we would enjoy, and because we were travelling we did not have our coffee grinder with us. They went ahead and grinded the beans to our desired coarseness.
The coffee was delicious.

Very friendly person manning the shop. 😀 We bought the Ecuadorian Coffee. It was sourced from a region known for great coffee.

From Seattle to Torrey for probably the best coffee in Utah! All kinds of roasts from light to French with blends in between. Lots of cool mugs and stuff too. Attached to the Wild Rabbit Cafe which serves Shooke coffee and is also worth a visit.

One of my favorite things while traveling is trying coffees from local, independent roasters. While staying in capitol reef we stopped in and picked up a couple bags of beans from Shooke - and they are some of the best I've had in my travels. The espresso roast is the perfect amount of bitterness, and the Peru Cafe de Mujer is exactly what I look for in light roasts - nutty and high-toned with natural creaminess but not too fruity. Definitely recommend and I'm looking forward to trying more.

For a bonus treat if you're in the area stop in next door and try the ice cream they make using Shooke's beans; it's delicious.

The atmosphere here is so chill. I love that they are small batch and source their beans from small farmers. We love buying their coffee for our home brewing each day!

I bought a bag of the Boulder Mountain breakfast just to try a new roast from my usual. It's smooth and my visiting family wants to buy some as well. I used a French Press and the grind worked well for me.

Absolutely incredible gem off the beaten path between Arches & Bryce Canyon (closer to Capitol Reef & Grand Staircase. The last thing we expected to find in the middle of the desert was really good coffee, but we were proven wrong! Served at the restaurant next to the roastery and bought a bag roasted the day before. 10 stars out of 5.
