Excellent cappuccino! Owner/roaster is very friendly and knowledgeable

Tyler Linquata

Caffe D'Bolla is by far the best coffee shop I have visited. The owner is passionate and extremely knowledgeable about the world of coffee, and brews an amazing cup to prove it. This is the only coffee that has been so delicious that I find myself tipping the cup to get every last drop.

Absolutely the best cup of coffee in the state of utah! Each latte, cappuccino, and espresso is individually made to perfection by the proprietor. Easy will become a classic coffee spot for all of utah once the word gets out, so get there before you have to wait in line.

Every time I am in Salt Lake this is where I want to go. The owner takes his time to make sure that you have the best experience possible. It's all about the details. This is the best in the state. Careful care is taken to ensure the perfect cup.

I don't hand out many 5 star reviews. The place has to be World class to get it. Caffe D'Bolla is World class. You can agree, or disagree, with any policy they have about purchasing a drink, but you can't take away their passion and skill.

I spent years traveling and working in every nearly major city around the country. I make a special effort to search out great coffee. I'd always check out coffeegeek dot com and ask around. I've been to some places that do as well. I've been to some I'd rather hang out at, but I've never been to one that made better coffee drinks.
That said, the best thing about Caffee D'Bolla are the beans John Roasts. I live in Orem, and have been making a biweekly trip here for many years to get my fresh beans. Previous to that I would order from Stumptown. I'd much rather support a local business. That also gives me an excuse to pick things up at Caputos and Aquarius at the same time.

Absolutely best coffee in the state.

Get the siphon coffee, spend some time there, and learn as much as you can from the owner. He's crazy smart and you'll leave with all kinds of new knowledge about the art of making coffee.

I came in after a long day of work before school to grab a carmel soy latte. I asked the barista 'how's your day going?' he replied 'fine'. He than began speaking about how the espresso was from rio, brazil and was roasted with black berry. I payed $5 plus dollars for an 8 oz of coffee. When I tasted the coffee it was very bitter. It tasted like a stale lavender. The man was in a bad mood and the coffee sucked. Won't be spending my money here again. Also they double cup there drinks which is so not environmentally friendly.

I loved spending a little time here getting coffee made via a siphon process. A very friendly environment for top quality coffee. Such a unique and informative shop - a definite must stop!

Meticulously prepared espresso with finest beans and great machine, kudos. Nice setting, not very spacious though. Welcoming but not intrusive barista. Well worth the extra walk !

The coffee is excellent, but the owner is extremely rude and inconsiderate. He wouldn't allow me to sit with my friends who were buying without purchasing a drink myself. Could've understood if it had been busy, but there was only one other patron.
