Dutch Bros Coffee

I stopped by after work and tried the starry night sky iced with the black tea - it was delicious! I really love the flavors that they can add to hot chocolate. A favorite place for any drink of choice, and the staff are super friendly.

One guy running both lanes and doing a great job of it. He could use some help though or he will burn out fast and may not be so kind. He was helpful and made a surprise drink for me since I am somewhat unfamiliar with their products. It was yummy and less expensive than some other coffee houses.😃

So excited to have a dutch in Riverdale.
The sugar free syrup list is pretty extensive so that is great. Love the options for coffee, teas, energy drinks, kids drinks.
Staff is usually in a great mood.
I'd like to say the wait is because they are new but the lines are always long.

Well, I don't drink coffee since I don't like it, but the white chocolate Chai was pretty good. The things that could be better...... Why have a person walking from car to car taking orders in two lines instead of display and microphone? Seriously? A person walking around in the snow? I hope they pay them 2x the rate for doing that.

Visited this stand for the first time yesterday and I wish I lived closer 🤩 they made my favorite go to rebel better then anyone ever has 🤤🤤

Finally, Dutch Bros close to me. Super busy when I go, but that means they have a great business. Love my flavored teas and rebel! My usuals are Passion Fruit green tea, Watermelon rebel or Strawberry Kiwi rebel.

We sat in line for over 20 minutes to receive our order as they handed out orders to others who came in line ordered after us and our drinks sat at the window getting cold. I have visited dutch bris in many states but won't go back to this store again
Unprofessional. Other stores walk out drinks all the time to keep orders going out in order they are taken., rather than serve those who are so inconsiderate and won't acknowledge the order for which they are taken.

I was excited to try the played up coffee store. First drink I ended up throwing away. It seemed like they added some coffee flavor to a cup of sugar. Lesson learned, second time I ordered a dry cappuccino and ended up with a latte. Great flavor of espresso and needs to be more of it.

Great Customer service but horrible trained staff. I always get the same drink and the price has been the same all three times i went. This time it was different, the price was way different, i did let the employee know but she had no clue what was going on and she just said talk to my manager. So disappointed on Dutch Bros, i will keep looking for another place instead.

I love this place. The 2 locations in Ogden area are a bit difficult to get to but it is worth the time and effort. I love the hot chai and I love their Chick-fil-A style service at the drive thru. Every barista is so kind and appears to enjoy the job.
