Messed up 2 drinks and then gave me a cold hot chocolate. Asked if they could warm it up or something and the worker was annoyed. She took the cup back, took off the lid and then just stared at it. Put a new lid back on and gave it back. Literally did nothing and then said nothing.

They were not helpful as well snooty. I come here truly do to the kindness they generally provide but this location gets a 1 star tonight. A little disappointed in them. GodBless

I've honestly never had a great experience with Dutch Bros yet. I know it's popular, but I've tried both warm and cold drinks, and Ibhave yet to enjoy what I've gotten.

This is one of the most wonderful places to stop to get your coffee they take care of my puppies too they have puppy treats and then ladies out taking your order always greet you with a wonderful smile you know what some of the people that might not deserve them and sometimes and sometimes when you pay for the God person in front of you yeah or the person behind you that goes on for a very long time It's pretty cool when it gets going once again these guys definitely the number one alternative for the other place

The girl working the window was extremely clear about what drink she had prepared and that it matched my order she then took the time to ask what I had planned in my day we chit chatted about our kids both being 2 years old and the exchange lasted no more than 2 minutes. Absolutely the greatest customer service in town.

I absolutely love this Dutch brothers. I go most days of every week and get a dragon slayer rebel. Price is great for a medium⌠with tip itâs $6-ish. I have had nothing but amazing service. Every single employee interaction I have had here has been a positive one. This is what keeps me coming back. Yes I love the drink, but nothing compares to the great service. Positive interactions to start the day really make the day great. Thanks Dutch Bros for the awesome staff you have!

What can I say, it's good coffee, and it's not starbucks! But, it is still pretty expensive -as all coffee shops are these days. But I love talking to the people that take the orders, the orders are always accurate and the service is always friendly. Looks like they have a loyal customer in me and my familyđ

His is a good place to go to. They have delicious drinks and friendly servers. However on October 21st at 4pm there was a girl working the window with a short blunt bob. She wasnât particularly rude but I asked for like ice and watched her poor ice up to the second to last line (4/5ths full) and then pour the drink in and top it to give it to me. I saw her working on another drink which she filled with ice all the way to the top which I guess is the normal amount they give you? When she handed it to me I apologized and asked for lighter ice assuming this was in fact what they considered light ice to be to which she told me she gave me light ice already and I said I know and apologized again and said it just looked like a lot and asked for her to take some of the ice out and she just stared at me and told me to just take the ice out myself. I canât control the standards for light ice but if a customer wants less than the standard for ice I think that isnât hard to achieve. Just take the ice out and pour more milk in. Iâm a barista at another coffee store and would never do this to a customer. Do better.
