Dutch Bros in Provo is amazing at getting people through the line quickly while still being friendly. Their customer service cannot be beat! 🫶🏼 and they always give out little straws when you ask for them

Very nice place everyone's very friendly. Don't know how much they get paid, but it probably should be more because everyone is very good at their jobs and nice to see no matter what time you go.

Tips before product and service, this is a poor normal practice by places today. Drinks are the best. No free drinks on opening day. I waited 6 years for a dutch bros grand opening here and was disappointed. I was there at 7am, a friend took me back at 9am and they gave me a sticker the second go round. Not like my experience in Cali.

The people here are amazing, always fast service and friendly people. The coffee is way better than any other place around, hands down worth the wait.

Occasionally when they're busy, they'll make the wrong drink. But to make up for it by letting you keep the drink! Great service and great drinks!

French toast mocha. I cried it was so good.
UPDATE: got it iced and I love Dutch bros but there was more ice than drink and I had a sad. I know it has to cool down but like I should’ve gotten a small not ice and I would’ve had more.
