Like the vibe here. The staff is super attentive, edgy and energetic. The outdoor eating space is nice. Coffee is eh for this town but still not great. They dont know what a lox bagel is and surprised there arent more photos of it online. Cool gathering place with some friends and your dog

Fantastic coffee shop with amazing pastries and other food options. The owners are incredible - they have created such a calm but energetic (contradictory - but it works!) environment. Coffee is top notch. We are truly addicted to Cupla. Such a great addition to Kimball Junction!

Cool vibe and a decent breakfast burrito, but low quality coffee and pasties. I can’t remember any other time I’ve thrown out black coffee after a single taste, but I’ve done it twice here. And their pastries are equally bad. Wanted to love this place, but pretty much every other roaster or cafe in PC has better coffee and food, and more reasonable prices

Solid coffee, tasty food and super friendly and helpful staff. I recommend stopping by!

Such a fantastic place. Food and drinks are top notch. I like the chocolate chip cookies and chai latte.

Drinks were yummy, but blonde barista was kind of rude and made me feel uncomfortable a few times/:

This morning enjoyed a Cortado and yummy Chorizo and Egg Tacos. The proprietors are spunky, fun and fast. They have created a great vibe in Park City! Love their new hours! Open at 6:30 am.

If you want decent coffee and pastries, this is the place to go. However, they are a questionable business in how they treat their young employees. For a business to claim to be employee centered, they threaten their employees jobs as a tactic to manage, belittle, and are simply condescending to their workers. I'd advise keeping a close eye on paychecks to make sure all hours and tips are recorded correctly as well. Consider this before applying or even supporting this business.

This is reliably - and by far - the best espresso in Park City. Tasty food too.

I write this 3-star review as a local that wants to see this business succeed. I have only been to Cupla once and I had the "I am not sure if I would go back" experience so I decided rather than "write off" the place...I would write this review....with hopes it encourages the restaurant to take their enterprise to a higher level. :-)
1- Coffee seems to be a cornerstone of their brand/ experience. Might I suggest they buy a simple thermometer and actually test the temperature of the coffee they serve in their nice ceramic mugs. My coffee was not hot at all and that was disappointing. I am sure they could adjust their machine to actually serve a nice hot cup of Joe. I wanted to send it back but A) I did not want to be "that guy" and B) I had to wait sooo long to receive it...I just decided to drink my luke-warm coffee and keep my mouth shut.
2- Many Parkites are health conscious when dining. I wanted something "healthy and hearty" and the person at the register really had no suggestions. Bummer...b/c many Park City people probably enjoy a healthy and hearty start to their day when choosing a place like Cupla for breakfast/ brunch.
3- I ended up ordering the salmon bagel. It was unremarkable...and served with a side of....wait for it...cheap tortilla chips. I am huge fan of salmon bagels and have ordered them for many years. But pairing them with cheap tortilla chips? It just seemed odd to me.
4- Fairly slow service. We were then when it was not too busy. Still took a good long time until food came out. See point (1) above and the not so warm coffee.
Bottom line- I WILL go back. I DO want this place to succeed. But they are making some very basic mistakes so I hope this 3 star review is interpreted as the way I have written it. My message is...DO BETTER- serve a nice HOT cup of coffee, offer some hearty and HEALTHY entree choices, and choose appropriate side items for your main entrees. I wish Cupla much success in the years to come.
