I’ve been taking yoga classes here for years! Love the new space they just moved into. Food and drinks are always delicious, the teachers are fabulous. Especially love Eileen and Stephanie’s classes! Could not recommend this studio more 💜

I love this place. The food is delicious and healthy and the people that work there always give me their best service. I went in today just after the store opened and was helped by a lady whose name I think was Laurel. She was super slammed busy with constant walk in customers and door dash orders ringing persistently. Despite the challenge she treated every customer genuinely with a friendly demeanor and kept working her very hardest and did a great job. I appreciate what you all bring to and offer the Ogden community. I will most certainly be attending your yoga classes soon. Keep the medicine alive!

Love that we could find healthy vegan option on our road trip here. Great ingredients, slight under seasoned. Still, I appreciate venue like this!

First time there and I got a golden milk which was real good but the indoor seating area is too cramped for my comfort and there was a LOT of kitchen noise. It was difficult to relax there so I got my drink to go.

I’m obsessed with Lotus! Super fresh, yummy food, excellent location, and the sweetest staff make up the happiest atmosphere.
I appreciate how many gluten free / vegetarian options there are & my husband {who is the opposite of a gf veg head} loves this place as much as I do. My fav sandwich is The Dorothy on {the best} gf bread & my husband gets The Gubby on the 21 grain but you really can’t go wrong with anything you order! Support local & go get something delish today! :)

I really enjoyed the service here, the staff was friendly, food was delicious. Even with its location, It's worth the visit.

Beautiful views from the patio and excellent vegan choices for both main courses and dessert. Plenty of smoothie options and high quality coffee and tea as well.
