Teal heal. Get it. Use a deck from the window sill, don't worry you cant read tarot wrong. Also, peanut butter balls, yes. Soup of the day is fire. TEAL HEAL. The freakin oatmeal. Mhmm. The staff is always calm and kind. Yoga rooms downstairs are very spacious

The best or one of the best vegetarian places I’ve visited. Everything was delicious!

An incredible healing place to feed your soul, wonderful food to feed you belly and staff is amazing.

Update! Owner can’t handle bad review and claims I haven’t eaten there and threatens me! See her response!
These guys purposely mislabel their food!! They label dishes as vegetarian and then purposely include meat! Hateful unaware staff. My boyfriend ordered their cheesecake and it’s the grosses thing I’ve ever tasted. If you’re trying to eat here because you have any specific food needs or you want your food to taste good, avoid at all costs! Go across the street there’s a restaurant that actually has delicious food that is labeled correctly. It is seriously messed up to market toward people you are trying to trick.
Update wow! I have the owner saying “how dare I write a review” and claiming I haven’t even eaten here! Now that is nuts!!! Can’t even handle a bad review has to claim I didn’t eat there!

Amazing sandwich and smoothie shop. The vegan PB cup didn’t make the pic 🤤

Good staff and foods not bad but way too expensive!

I rarely leave reviews, but this cafe was great! Delicious healthy food, and the building was nice and well maintained too. I would eat here all the time if I lived nearby. Plus the straws they give you are compostable so I don't have to worry about harming sea turtles :)

This place is awesome! There is lots of different stuff going on here. The cafe is in the back of the store upstairs, but it's easy to find once you've located the store front. The sandwich choices all sounded great, and they paired nicely with all the fresh pressed juices. The ladies behind the counter were very friendly and helpful. I would come back to Ogden just for another sandwich here!

Typically I’ve loved this place.. but went there recently and was pretty disappointed. We went Saturday 7/16 around lunch time. The girls were super sweet in the front but our food and drinks were pretty nasty.. I ordered a hempalicious and my mom got a rainbow juice.. we also got the sandwich with turkey in it.. my hempalicious was more like a juice than a smoothie.. my mom had no ice in her juice.. and our sandwich was soggy af and missing ingredients
When my mom asked for ice in her juice they said they were out (which would explain a juice smoothie)
However one of them said they’d go check downstairs to see if any was there and found 4 bags of ice..
Clearly business is low with the construction going on but i’d definitely work on having the experience be so good that people want to tell others.. unfortunately after a visit like this with the money we paid.. I’m hesitant to go back!
