We loved this place! After a full day of giving in Arches National Park, we desperately needed ice cream! Found this gem in town and had to try it. The affagoto was amazing. I got vanilla with espresso and he got cookies and cream with espresso while the little one got cookies and cream ice cream. Great prices! I found a gluten free/vegan donut and that was food as well. Tasted like a muffin or cupcake consistency. It was moist and the chocolate wasn't overbearing.
The next day we came back for coffee and while it was good, we found it was a little expensive and not the best variety for gluten free foods. All in all we liked it and will be coming back for the affagoto!

My wife is vegetarian. I asked for 1 almond milk and 1 regular, and they were not sure which cup had the almond milk in it when they finished. They then laugh it off and said "were not rocket scientists" to my face. Once they had figured it out, our cups still were not labeled correctly, one said milk, the other didn't specify. This is unacceptable and largely unethical to mix up and make people feel like they could be consuming animal products, when they do not. Do a better job, and provide integrity with your service. People who don't consume animal products do not think this is funny.

Really disappointing. Staff had a chip on their shoulder. Not friendly. They made me the wrong drink and had an attitude when I (very friendly) asked them to make the correction. Staff is super slow and seems to not enjoy folks from out of town. Won’t be going back. Much better and friendlier places in town.

Their matcha lattes are worth stopping for and the baristas are extremely nice. :)

The coffee ice cubes are a stroke of brilliance at this local coffee shop. The order process was confusing, though. The ice cream and coffee line are the same, so it takes forever to order. One clerk waved us forward to by-pass the ice cream line and when we got to the cash register for coffee that clerk told us that we had to wait back in the ice cream line. Other than that, the fluorescent lights and cluttered shopping area make it a bit unpleasant inside. Outside, however, was great! Loved the patio.

Tourist cafe vibes. Not great service. Coffee is good though. Would not come here again if I had the choice.

My favorite Moab coffee spot has some of the best baristas you’ll find! A great spot to meet with friends or work from too! They also have some awesome chocolates!

Stopped here for ice cream/gelato. Line was a bit long but moved quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ice cream/gelato came in cups only. It was refreshing on a hot day after hiking all day. They were closing early that day so just be aware that the hours may vary.

Extremely poor customer service here. The gal behind the counter was blunt and not friendly, and we heard her use a ridiculing tone to another customer that if she wanted a “cheaper French press there’s a thrift store a couple blocks away.” Then my drink came out and it was announced/made wrong with a sauce I can’t have unfortunately. I tried to really kindly tell the guy that I had ordered a different drink and he made a whole scene, slamming the drink into the trash and rudely telling me I DID order that drink (I didn’t) and that I would have to wait for all the customers to get their drinks before he got back to making my correct drink. I was understanding and thanked him and he huffed and looked away without responding. Won’t be returning. Our favorite coffee shop next door will remain our favorite!

Nice coffee, smoothies and ice cream shop. Love the warm waffles strips. Indoor and outdoor patio seating.
