The Crêpery Logan

I have celiacs and I was told this place would have gluten free batter. But everytime I've come in they've told me they don't have it for that day??? I wish they would just advertise a little better as to when they will have gluten free options. But the st. George crepery was delicious and had gluten free options!

Food was so good and staff was very friendly. Long wait but worth it. Comfortable unique ambiance which I loved. Highly recommend. Can't wait to go back!

The food was delicious and the atmosphere is cozy and quaint.

Loved going to The Crêpery back when it was in its older location... The value is pretty much the same now (a bit overpriced IMO, but a treat) and the menu is largely the same as well. However the service I've experienced the last three times I've been in (since June) has been bad to the point where I will not be going back again.

I've observed the staff celebrating when they told a customer it would be a 40 minute wait and the person walked out. It was a Sunday morning, it was not very busy, and crepes, particularly the sweet ones, should not take long to make.... so why was it a 40 minute wait - and why are they celebrating when they send customers back out the door? I walked out as well at that point.

Another time, I was cut in line by a man who ended up ordering for a group of 8-12. Not particularly the staffs fault in that scenario, although they certainly knew I was waiting first (like they definitely knew), but perhaps they could have squeezed in a Nutella crepe as they worked to fulfill the other 12+ crepes ordered so I wouldn't have had to wait 35 minutes for a very simple order.

My suggestion would be to work on efficiency and customer service training for the staff. It's a fun atmosphere in here, but it needs a better routine cleaning as well, imo.

The pesto is a favorite! Got the nutie fruity for dessert and it was bomb. They got our food out super quick too!

Usually this café is pretty decent in service but, when I only got 1 out of the 3 items I ordered yesterday, and waited about 45mins it was a bit frustrating. Especially since my boyfriend ordered the same amount of items a few minutes before me. And several customers after me got their orders quickly. The gentleman who took my order seemed unkempt and not focused on taking my order correctly. I understand the new location is under renovation(again), and I don't mean to sound like a Karen. 😅

The first thing we noticed was they don't wipe down the tables between customers. One of the girls was eating while she made the food. The food was good until I found a hair in it.

Stopped in and got the gluten free crepes. They were super fast! And the crepes were so Freaken good. I would post a pic but they were devoured.

Good vibes and good food. Provides a unique setting for Cache Valley that I think if fun and relaxed.

First time coming to the crepery tonight... heard about it for years and was very excited to experience it.

Less than impressed. We got a few drinks and we weren’t greeted very warmly—the staff was sitting down texting once we arrived and we weren’t acknowledged for a few moments. The lady behind the desk wasn’t wearing her mask at all and it made me very uncomfortable as she was scratching her face as well.

The hot cocoa was okay and the steamer was excellent, but the service was really pretty awful.

I’m not planning on coming back and won’t recommend others do, especially without the masks being worn properly by employees.

Came back and it was more of the same. Still would not recommend coming here. Bad customer service, like very bad— and the food is very overpriced.

Edit #2: tried coming here at 8:15 for the last time when their hours say 9:00 and they were closing up and wouldn’t take an order. I truly cannot believe how bad my experiences have been here.
