Cute place, good paninis and smoothies, outdoor seating. Recommend for everyone!

Excellent small cafe in a food truck near Kanab. Very well maintained and clean outdoor environment.

Their pesto panini and açaí bowls are the best.

Don’t miss this place when u are in the region .

The açaí bowl was soooo tasty!

The coffee menu was a little lacking but the cold brew that we got was great

My husband and I are here in Kanab for vacation. We love smoothie bowls and noticed that The Cave Cafe had them! We tried both bowls and they were delicious and huge! Very filling and fresh. Their cold brew is also great! Highly recommend.

This was a cute little place we had found after driving straight from Arizona to stop and get some lunch from. We had ordered the paninis I got the Southwest Turkey Club and they were tasty and light to eat before setting up camp in Zion. My only complaint is they had some bees that kept flying over us while we are. However that is expected when your eating outside to deal with pest.

Great addition to the town! Fresh acai bowls are just the absolute perfect treat after a hike, or after exploring the local caves and canyons!
I didn't get a chance to try any of the paninis, but will definitely have to the next time I'm in the area. It'd be nice to see at least one vegan sandwich on the menu ;)

Tables and a nice shaded spot out front, and ample parking!

Nice location right off the road. Shaded area with picnic tables where you can eat your food and stretch. Lots of flies unfortunately.
I got the southwest turkey club and it was just ok. Honestly, not very flavorful. Could definitely use some more seasoning. Girlfriend got montezuma’s treasure and it was much better. Good flavor and came with a nice raspberry jam dipping sauce.
Prices were pretty reasonable for a tourist trap. We would definitely get the montezuma again, but I would pass on the Turkey club. Hopefully the other offerings have a bit more flavor.

I can only give 4 stars because we did not get what we expected based on the listing that pulled up. The actual cafe is not in the cave. It’s next to the cave. The sandwiches are great! They’re light and crispy. The açaí bowls were watery but not bad. And there isn’t much of a coffee and tea selection but overall a great experience. We’d come back for sandwiches!!!!

Stopped by there on way to zion from bryce canyon. I had the apple bacon honey panini and it was awesome!! A hidden little gem and worth stopping by if in the area. They also have restrooms and some picnic tables to eat and enjoy the surrounding views.

I have never stepped foot inside this place but no matter how many times I tell Google this FACT they still want me to review it so I give it five stars or one star what does it matter my rating of this place does nobody anywhere no good except me because now Google should stop asking me to rate it and we can move on to somewhere else I've never been.
