Coffee And Cocoa

This a such a cute coffee shop to hang out at and order coffee from. They have other options for breakfast such as oatmeal or if you feel like it, a nice yogurt parfait. They also offer an arrangement of teas and even some protein shakes. I would highly recommend this place. I come almost everyday for breakfast since I work at the cafe zupas right across the parking lot usually around 10. The place is usually pretty busy in the mornings but from my experience, I can't say the same about the afternoons. They have great customer service as well and the interior looks very modern and clean.

Yikes, I don’t know what was going on here. There were only two people ahead of me in life but it took the barista about 20 minutes to make a simple latte which was ridiculous. When I asked if a drink on the counter was mine, she said look yourself. The service was slow as can be.

Delicious food. Extensive drink menu. Great prices. Better than Starbucks, Beans & Brews, etc. I love supporting this locally owned business!

Stopped in here for the 1st after a long drive. Got a Pumpkin Spiced Chai (tis the season) & it was surprisingly really really good. Not too sweet, not too overly powering w/spice flavor. It was great! The 2 girls working were super friendly & courteous as well. Definitely happy w/my experience.

Picked up an Americano and a triple latte and they were both great quality. Was on the go so didn't get to spend much time in the space, but it seemed to be a nice place to sit. The workers were great and kind, and gave my kids glasses of water.

Coffee is ok but disappointed that none of the breakfast options were available at 930am in the morning - they ran out by then. And the oatmeal takes 20 min to make. The oatmeal came uncooked completely, just raw oats in hot water.

UPDATE: I changed my rating from 3 stars to 5, because I've seen an improvement with the customer service since leaving my review. I really love this coffee shop. Not only because they make a great Americano, but because the owner went out of his way to chat with me about my initial review, and seems to care about the customer experience. Give this place a try!

Delicious coffee, mediocre service. Employees there always seem to be in a bad mood. A smile and "thanks for coming in" would go a long way in building rapport with regulars like me.
