the drinks are always great! so are the staff!! i’ve been coming to this location since it opened and have never had a bad experience!! definitely recommend coming to the heber location!

The girls need to work on customer service I have been to Dutch Brothers all over the country from Nashville to Washington an they just need to work on it an NO STRAWS make my drink wrong and look at me like I did something wrong no smile not a problem but I have never seen such unhappy Employees at Dutch Brothers

Love their hot chocolates! They had so many choices, and the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable.

Amazing, I met an employee named Alakina and she was delightful, hope she gets a raise

I went at 7:30pm on Tue. 27th. Really disheartening to stand and make eye contact with both employees who are giggling and not tending to anyone as I was the only customer there.

Next they are out side on the other end and we make eye contact again. To which one of the girls rushes back behind inside to what I thought was to tend to me. Nope. They are still laughing, talking and ignoring.

I won't be reupping and canceling the app if this is not corrected.
I understand kids will be kids. But after MAKING EYE CONTACT multiple times. It is not an excuse.

I had the best experience here today! The staff was so nice and super entertaining while I waited for my drink! They always have smiles and are happy to help. Thanks guys!
