Solid Rock Cafe

So excited I found this coffee shop in such a small town. Really cool vibe and awesome artifacts filled this vintage house turned cafe. The two guys that helped us were very friendly loved the mocha and everything bagel. The tomatoes tasted like they just came out of the garden even though it's the middle of winter. Will definitely make the 20 minute drive just to get their coffee and food.

My husband and I lived in Ephraim for 2 years before we tried this place. BECAUSE WE ARE FOOLS. The coffee is super delicious, and the crew are so nice. Definitely would recommend.

Top notch service, great prices, drinks go crazy

I love hanging out at the Solid Rock cafe whenever I'm in town. The owners are super friendly and love building meaningful relationships with the customers. It's a great place to study, make friends, hang out, and of course, get some great coffee or snacks!

The solid rock cafe is the best part of this town and a haven away from the small town culture. The food is filling and delicious, with fun quirky names. The coffee is smooth and dark, pared with wonderful flavors Hyun by really really nice baristas. I could sit and talk for hours, or find a corner and read or study. If you get the chance, ask someone who is working about the archeology in the cabinets. There’s some cool stories! My favorite drink is a large cold brew crema with peppermint or one of the drinks on the secret menu. Favorite food is the Santa Fe bagel or the Greek salad!

Very nice environment! The baristas are so friendly and welciming. It's a nice place to hang out with friends or study and do homework. ( The everything bagel and a chai is my favorite things to get!)

Wonderful cafe! The bagles were INCREDIBLE and the staff were AMAZING! The inside is so cool with a great homely feeling to it. I would 100% reccomend this place to anyone in the area. This is a must see cafe!

The employees were all super cool and introduced me to some new ways to consume my espresso. Great place to checkout when visiting Snow College.

Really chill coffee shop. The baristas are extremely nice, not like them snobs at hipster places. The coffee is also absolutely delicious. This coffee shop is a true gem. It is clean, a decent place to study, great service, and excellent coffee!

This place is absolutely gorgeous. You can tell there is love and dedication from the owners. They are so kind and make wonderful hot cocoa for a good price! It's so close to campus as well! I know I'll be coming here a lot more often!
