My husband and I spent the last few days in Cedar City, and came across Doughnutsville. We got coffee, iced coffee, and various doughnuts and they were all amazing. Spent a few minutes both mornings talking with the owner, and must say this place is fantastic!

This place is awesome and always has the best customer service. There drinks and doughnuts are also the best in town!

Ordered 7 doughnuts, 4 to be filled, but they were not. Our first and last time going here. Good, if you don't mind paying for something you don't receive!

Went in to get coffee and donuts at 8 am. Very poor selection of donuts and no coffee, which they said was brewing. Only dark no light or medium blend. When I asked about a light coffee the employee told me that’s all they sell. Ok. I waited until it was finished. As soon as it did, all three employees came over with their cups and pushed in front of me to get coffee before I did. I asked them if they were going to get theirs first and incredibly they said yes. What the hell kind of place is this?. I wouldn’t go back there if I never got another coffee in my life. I got a refund and left. This place is a joke.

Obviously from the response below the owner doesn’t care about customers. When you push in front of customers to get coffee for yourself and don’t let the CUSTOMER WHO PAID FOR IT get theirs first you have no conception of customer service. Not to worry, I won’t be back. Hopefully your apparent lack of customer care will eventually drive you out of business as it should. Good luck.

Their Donuts and kolaches are amazing! Boba tea is spot on! Yum! Thanks for staying open later so we can come visit! 😄 Love you guys!

This is one of my favorite places to get boba drinks. Their drive thru is very quick and the staff is so kind. Not to mention that their donuts are so fresh and delicious

These doughnuts taste way better then Banbury cross doughnuts in Salt Lake City. My daughter goes to SUU so we stop in and have a doughnut every time we visit and it’s a real treat.

I went there and ordered two doughnuts. When the cashier gave me the total cost I thought something wasn’t right, (it was the equivalent of a 29% tax on the $1.70 @ $2.19) the Cedar City sales tax rate is 6.20%. They are charging a card service fee onto the consumer and not telling them. That is wrong! Not illegal but deceptive. If they valued their customers they would inform them of a card service fee at time of payment to get an acknowledgment if they would like to proceed or pay with cash. They want the ability to get a sale using the credit card companies services, but they don’t want to pay for it! They are passing their business fees onto the consumer. Sorry! I won’t do business here anymore.

We stopped in on Saturday morning. They had a decent selection to choose from. We had a sausage egg & cheese Kolache. It was light & airy with really good flavor. The bacon egg & cheese croissant was good too. We also got a dozen donuts. The donuts were very fresh. We had a variety of donuts. With our teenage boys…the dozen was eaten in a day. A dozen usually lasts at least 2 days in our house. We ended up stopping back in on Sunday morning to get another dozen for our road trip home. We will definitely be back for donuts!

Seriously good donuts! No joke! We even went later afternoon and they were still so soft and fresh. So delicious!!
