Review of Nightlight Donuts & Coffee
Nightlight Donuts & Coffee is a local donut and coffee shop that has been serving the Woodway community for several years. The shop is open seven days a week from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, making it a convenient spot for a quick breakfast or a late-night snack.
The shop offers a variety of donuts, including unique and seasonal flavors. Customers rave about the croissant donuts, which have a light and flaky texture. The donut holes are also a popular choice and offer great value for money. In addition to donuts, the shop serves coffee and other beverages. The iced mocha latte with oat milk is a customer favorite and is considered the best in town.
The atmosphere of the shop is fun and inviting, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, some customers have mentioned that the service can be slow at times. The prices at Nightlight Donuts & Coffee are a bit higher than other local donut shops, but customers feel that the quality of the donuts justifies the cost.

What we ordered was cold and didn't taste fresh.

Great spot in Waco and our new go to for the alternative to donuts. We tried the Beignet and Cinnamon sugar. Both very good with the Cinnamon was my favorite. We look forward to returning when we return to Waco. Super friendly staff.

The donuts are.... Not good.... I'm sorry. No other way to word it. Its $3 for a single donut that was thin and smaller than the palm of my hand. We bought 4 donuts and 2 small coffees and. It was almost $20. This place screams entitled college student and California. The service was speedy and i'll say the coffee wasn't half bad, but a small was $3 and was about 75% full. This place has potential... But their small, overpriced donuts and VERY limited selection (6 donuts) drags this place down...

We always enjoy purchasing croissant donuts on Saturday mornings at this place. We were able to get the seasonal s’mores donut holes this time! 😋
I still highly recommend their turkey crolaches! I keep telling myself to try the brisket crolache but the turkey one has me hooked!

Holy wow. What an amazing cronut! We had one original glazed and one chocolate glazed, purchased at the drive-thru on opening night. We took them home to eat them and both were DELICIOUS. The original glazed was actually sweeter than the chocolate, which is more of a semi-sweet rather than a milk chocolate. Completely decadent. 100% would recommend.

I would never have thought that I would consider $32 for 1 dozen doughnuts; but, then, I have never eaten a raspberry-almond croissant doughnut until today. My, my, my, my, my; that confection is an experience!

The best donuts I’ve ever tasted! Literally melted in my mouth! I cannot get enough! Also, the owners are super sweet and kind! One of the few places where I love the food AND business!! 100000/10!!

Saw article in Wacoal and read all reviews. We just had to try them! We got up early this morning and drove into town from Valley Mills, not very crowded to our surprise. We were very disappointed, donuts were cold and that's ok, but even the plain glazed were no where near warm which you would expect them to be at 8 am! We have never ever been to Shipley down the street when plain glazed weren't warm and fresh! And considering you're comparing a $3 donut to a $.90 donut, I would certainly expect more from Nightlight.

I love these style of doughnuts which are a cross between a croissant and normal doughnut. Flakey and unique flavors. The new(er) location is nice with drive-thru and eat-in options.
