Fair Dinkum Coffee Shop

I went into Fair Dunkin’s and got a honey oat milk americano, as well as a bag of coffee. First off, the customer service was wonderful. The espresso was balanced and smooth, as it should be- no bad after taste. I’ll definitely be back! The coffee was delicious! Family came over the weekend and also enjoyed it. Highly recommend you check them out! True coffee lovers will like this place! If you don’t like it for some reason, talk to the owner. You can tell he’s passionate about the brew!

We are here visiting and I went there a few minutes ago to get a coffee for me and my wife and it has to be the worse coffee I have ever had. It was barely warm and was steamed in the paper cups they were served in instead of the proper tools an it was also very weak, don’t think she used the right amount of expresso to make large ones. Also did not even use the right steps to make a latte. She was a very sweet and polite young lady and enjoyed talking to her so that was a plus. Just don’t think she was trained how to actually do it correctly.

Best coffee in Wimberley!! I buy their whole espresso beans and enjoy them daily, but I also always get a latte when I stop in. The latte is strong and done right— I’m picky and it is so much better than any other place around. Their coffee shop is brand new (though they’ve been a coffee roaster for a while) and every time I go in there is something new on the menu. The owner is also amazing and so kind!

I visited Fair Dinkum Coffee in Wimberley, and ordered an iced coffee. The coffee is amazing. I bought a bag of the espresso blend, and will be back for more before we head back to Mississippi. The barista, Izzi, was so sweet and helpful. She made a great iced coffee!

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious chai and coffee this past weekend. We appreciated the great service and relaxed quiet atmosphere. But I became an even bigger fan after we left. It turns out I forgot my purse and didn't realize it for a couple of days. When I finally called, the owner couldn't have been kinder. They had been trying to contact me and quickly overnighted it to me. We really appreciate the quick response, kindness, and great coffee!

The service is wonderful and always a great atmosphere! Giving Sip a run for its money! (Also, they don’t charge extra for ingredient alternatives!)

sooo good. *Delicious* coffee, great service, and such a cute shop. It was our first time in Wimberley (hopefully not our last) such a beautiful town! definitely a must stop if you are in the area!

The latte had too much milk.
Updating my review because I thought the ice coffee was really good and the vanilla syrup was delish. I still think a standard hot latte should be served in a 12 Oz cup and their smallest size is 16 ounces.

Great coffee, friendly service, no up charge for milk alternatives and a 10% discount for locals, what more can you ask for? My new favorite coffee shop in town!

Shop local! Great people doing good work. Had a lovely conversation and start to the morning on our VRBO staycation here. Met some locals, smelt the vibe, large smiles all around!!!
