The donuts are good but we had 8 which were put in 2 bags and came out a little squashed.

Service is always friendly the price hike is not nice and when asked to warm up donut holes they are never warm cold and almost hard when asked to warm up they act like they don't hear you but all they're donuts are delicious

Ordered 2 donuts from here. Delivered by Uber eats. They didn't have what I ordered, so they tried calling. I missed the call...so to make up for not having what I wanted, they sent us a half dozen for free. Great service

I wish I caught the ladies name who helped my 3 year old pick out donuts. She was so patient and sweet with him. I wish she steered him towards something less powdery.....my poor car lol. Great staff and fresh donuts. All you really want to deal with some.mornings right? Great job.

Dissatisfied with their service. The lady at the counter made a comment about how my wife doesn't know how she likes her coffee. We asked for a dozen mixed donuts and ended up with pairs of the same donuts. The coffee tasted like it had been sitting on the burner for a while.

Craving shipley donuts and extremely disappointed. Went through the drive thru and nobody there. Open sign is turned on. All doors locked. Went back and waited and waited and finally someone showed up. Cold donuts, and she had a lousy attitude. The crave is over lol. 😫

Their donuts are hit and miss, but the drive through is the slower than a sleepy snail in molasses.
*update*
The workers are very sweet, the line is still slow. The donuts are still sometimes perfect and other times they are stale

Great staff. They are very friendly and get you down the road quickly.

Used to love this place, but dang they're jacking up some prices and we couldn't tell the difference between the jalapeno and regular. So of course the pros that want the regular got the spicy and vice versa. At least they're making the bread bigger for the price, but the sausage is shrinking

No croissants and the coffee is trash. It taste like they put one scoop of coffee beans in for six gallons of coffee. I now understand why people pay more for a cup of coffee elsewhere.
