I went in to get breakfast for the office and saw one of the employees being horribly rude to two very young children. They were a brother and sister ages 6-8. Their mother was obviously not from the US and did not speak English. This, for whatever reason, seemed to infuriate the woman behind the counter. I looked around and saw some regulars in there who all became uncomfortable as well. She was so awful to those children who could obviously tell and then started talking quietly to the lady who then became more rude. She even went as far as to argue colors with the children. They told her and pointed out what they wanted and she wouldn't give ot to them because they were confused on the color. I speak a very small amount of Spanish and was able to translate for the woman and children. I will never go to Ballentines again, and I will tell everyone I know about how a mean old lady treated babies like garbage. And I have a big mouth.
An employee like this is not suited for interaction with the general public. Good luck with this person. Not sure if the owners know that there are other donut shops in town. Ones that are on Main st and are much more convenient to get to. Most of them speak English as a second language as well and will be polite and take their money. The mistreatment of children is the worst sin.

The blonde woman that you let talk to your kids hooks up and flirts with the customers I witnessed it myself what kind of establishment is this! if you want to take your kids to a donut shop Make sure it's somewhere more child friendly

This is always our stop before the Peach Festival, and they never disappoint with all of their peach offerings - donuts, fritters, etc. We usually add on something savory for the perfect start to the day!

This place is wonderful. Their donuts aren't heavy or greasy. My Mom has the gastric sleeve so their little baby donuts were perfect for her. The donut holes were huge. The ladies working, wonderful, cheerful, all around great. Definitely going back.

I've tried all the local places. These are the best donuts in Weatherford!!!

No joke! The best donuts in Weatherford and quite possibly in north Texas! Super friendly service. But honestly, if the donuts aren’t great, you won’t go back no matter how fabulous the service is. Not the case here these donuts are amazing every thing you want in a donut. Delectably light yet with the right amount of density so you can enjoy every bite. Not at all like the others that haven’t enough substance to enjoy. Taste and flavor is a perfect right ratio of sweet dough to glaze. Sweet enough to enjoy not tooth ache sweet. Well done! Since we’ve moved here we have been trying all the shops, we have found the Winner! Balentines’ is it!

The spinach feta croissant is AMAZING, my kiddos loved the super decorative donuts during Halloween, the rest of my family like the cake donuts, I was able to find something for everyone here. Service was great and efficient. There was a line, but these ladies know what they're doing and provided fast yet friendly service.
