Shipley's Do-nuts

Great doughnuts, great service. Unfortunately, the only employee was not given the tools to true success. He was the only associate in the store and had to manage drive through AND in-store orders. He was also never trained on how to make a smoothie. He tried his hardest but could not figure out how to operate it. His management should have trained him better so he wouldn't have moments like that. It made it to where he had 4 customers waiting in store and 2 cars out in the drive through. Poor guy!

Good twist, but we felt like we were almost intruding when we walked in to order. 🥺
I hope others have a better experience

Good donuts, terrible coffee. The biggest problem here is whether or not they'll get your order correct if you go through the drive-thru. Going inside gives you the unique opportunity to correct them when they assume or forget your order.

Even though the donuts are a bit smaller than before, they are still delicious!!!

Love the fast service and great variety! The jalapeno cheese sausage roll is great! The white cream filled is awesome--so glad to be able to get these here.

This is a fairly new Shipleys... I don't believe it's a good as it was when it first opened.. quality has decreased.. several times I've been given the wrong orders.. I hope the quality of the restraunt increases or they will lose a customer..

When I found out shipleys was coming to victoria I was excited but after the 2nd week of them opening they got sloppy in their services I went threw the drive one day n I order 2 sausage with cheese the Asian lady gave me 2 old ones that the bread was had n crunchy n their donuts were like 2or 3 days old but they still try to get around n sell them to customers their lobby is most.of the time closed for what reason unknow it's like if today they feel like having open they will n if 2moro they don't well they just don't stop franchise these places because they do not care about the freshness in the donuts n food or coffee they make or sell

Shipley's made me some fresh doughnuts without the glaze for my diabetic brother . Thank you very much.🌈

Great donuts, terrible kolaches - They're hotdogs, not sausages, super gross at 8am.
Staff is friendly, place is clean. But for those who know, Charlie's on Houston Hwy has been "shipleys" ever since the name changed, so we weren't really missing anything. Donut palace is not the hype some people claim, and anyone else's donuts are just plain terrible.
Good location, the parking lot needs some better striping though, people backing out are almost hit by people entering.

Served obviously day old donuts because they had already started that sweating process and the donut holes are maybe the size of a quarter. Much better choices at literally every other donut place in Victoria.
