The Foundry Coffee House

Great atmosphere, fun crowd. Good for study, work, or meeting up with friends. They offer a diverse enough menus to satisfy most. Most, but not all (4 instead of 5 stars) of the baristas are friendly, helpful, and make a good drink.

I absolutely love this place! You must stop by. Right next to historic downtown Tyler. Beautiful coffee house. There is a church upstairs. The atmosphere is one of the best parts. It always makes me want to buy flannel, grow my beard long, and all around be cooler in the most peaceful sort of way. Baristas are super friendly and have great recommendations. I especially love the latte that has lavender in it. Please try it out!

The Foundry's eclectic atmosphere and charm of a downtown location was not enough to make up for the subpar coffee and incredibly slow service. A barista was also sitting on the counter while I was there which is not sanitary at all. I was hoping for more out of this coffee shop, but it fell short of the hype.

Comfortable but busy coffee shop in downtown Tyler. Park in the free, multi-level garage across the street. Large outdoor seating area open to the main strip. Inside, you find many seating options in different areas of the facility. Staff has always been polite and helpful. Coffee roasting happens on-site. Pretty standard options in coffee and syrups. I wish they offered more seasonal/specialty drinks. Check their social media for special events.

The coffee was wonderful. I had a Vanilla Bean Latte which had their logo hand drawn into the foam on the spot. Supposedly they have a contest going on with who can do the best art! The staff was really friendly and every dude there had a sweet beard. Way better than a Starbucks if you ask me!

Great atmosphere for coffee and conversation.

The coffee was amazing, the man behind the counter was very nice and respectfully, but everybody else in that coffee shop seemed to be on edge. I would walk by them and they would flinch as if I was going to hurt them. I was also given looks as if I was lower then them. I wasn't a regular to the coffee shop, the people hadn't seen me before, so I was a out Sider. At least that's how it felt and that's what the expressions where on the faces of the other customers.

Baristas are incredibly nice and coffee was wonderful. Try the made-in-house floral syrups!

Beautiful Cafe and roastery. Espresso was on point. Lots of space to set up to work or study and a lovely outdoor seating area. The only thing that would make this place better would be more food options.

I love the atmosphere here. Great vibes. Great baristas. They serve locally made coffee and support local businesses & products. They have live music certain nights of the week. It's a great place to hang with friends or solo.
