Service was great. Only reason it’s getting 1 star is the tea was totally watered down. The tea needs to be stronger especially when it’s going in a cup full of ice. I’ve ordered an Oolong tea latte and ended up with a cup of milk water. I couldn’t taste any tea at all.

The staff is sweet. There are so many options for tea, it would be so much more helpful if there was a me I rather than just a bunch of tea blends out there. They also charged $1.25 for a cup of tap water and ice, so don't expect free water from this place.

Drinks take forever and every time we come to the drive through I get asked 20 questions. Good tea though.

I came in here and was Immediately confronted by multiple workers, so much so that I felt slightly threatened. When I purchased my drink they said “how many scoops of boba” and failed to mention each scoop was an EXTRA DOLLAR. My drink was 10 whole bucks. the drink was supposed to have candy in it, it had about two nerds. Then they tried to sell me more tea and made literally no pauses to give me a chance to say no thanks. TOO EXPENSIVE AND ANXIETY RIDDLED!

Place has got some pretty awesome tea. Nice staff and not hard to get in and out. However, it would seem that you have to be of the royal bloodline to shop here. Just kidding however the rewards program is a little confusing.

Great tea, awesome selection of drinks, which are customizable, although the sales pitch comes on really strong. That said, their employees do know all about their teas, and they're very helpful if you're looking for something specific.
