The Tea is ok but pricing is expensive. Their cake pops is 4.25 compared to Starbucks 2.75. I regretted I didn't ask details of the price. 2 tea, 1 small 1 medium with 1 extra boba, cost me $16 and they do this gift card reload when you get 1 of the drink free if you reload. I shouldn't fall for that. But it's my mistake...I wasn't really thinking straight.

Customer service is terrible! I walked in for the first time on Saturday excited to try Nobilitea. There was a girl stocking and about 5 employees behind the counter. One was making up jugs of tea and touching her hair. Another one at the drive thru just looked at me. I was there for almost 10 minutes before anyone said a word to me. I should have just walked out. When someone finally addressed me she was nice. The tea was just okay and I dont think it was worth the but I don't think I will be going back because of customer service not the tea.

BETTER THAN STARBUCKS
I was recommended this by a friend and was skeptical as I was not a big tea drinker.
Not going to lie looking at the tea wall can be daunting at first. However I've never met a more caring ,patient and lighthearted staff then that at nobili tea.
I probably had 6 different people help me all with a smile . They have options for everything and can navigate around any allergies. The staff is full of great ideas and you can make some amazing drinks like a tea that taste like a chocolate covered strawberry tea , an almond joy or even blueberry pancakes.
Bang for your buck you get a much larger and healthier drink then compared to Starbucks.
Every employee is a Rockstar but special shoutout to Heather and Pink Hair Maddi for showing me the fun you can have with tea !
10 out of 10 recommend !

I love this place. The teas are always great, and the atmosphere is very cute. I gave 3 stars based on the fact that it takes a long time to get your teas, sometimes in upwards to 10-15 min wait. Also their employees are very aggressive with their up-sales… so much so as to not give you a chance to say no in between the 15 items they’re trying to sale you. I would suggest laying off a little bit… it makes me dread going because they’re so pushy with things. I don’t want to come off as rude, but…. No means NO.

I have usually had good experiences with this place but today was a complete nightmare. We walk in and are “greeted” by two barking dogs. They’re apparently there with someone who works there or owns the place because they were wearing the branded sweatshirts. As someone who is highly allergic to dogs, I made a comment multiple times about how they shouldn’t let their dogs run up to people, especially in a food service place. Nothing was done, the dogs continued to come up to us and we ended up just leaving because these people clearly didn’t care that their dogs were not wanted near us. They didn’t even offer to pick them up and prevent them from running around. This has to be against health code.

I only left one star because I couldn’t do Zero. Went Sunday afternoon to the drive thru to grab a tea with my nephew. We got 2 sweet peach black teas totaling $8.21. Placed the order and she tells us “pull forward and we will bring it out”. No problem, I work in customer service so I assume they’re busy, even if it didn’t appear that way. About 5 minutes goes by and a woman brings out one tea, I tell her we got two. She gives an attitude and says I’ll go check that. I hand the first one to my nephew and he gags because it’s unsweet. We waited another 5 minutes still no lady, so I left. Unimpressed we went to HTeaO! We love that place. They are quick, and friendly. The Tea is good, and the rewards program is unmatched. We got 2 large sweet peach teas with fruit and a gallon for the road and it was $3.60!! I will never go back to Nobiltea. Horrible service!!

Love the drinks here. Do not like the fact that they always try to get you to size up or buy a gift card. Staff is very friendly

The drinks are okay and the people are friendly. I wish there wasn't so much upselling. I know that's part of retail but after you say no, they do keep pushing. I try not to go often because I feel pressured into buying things I don't want or need.

Very friendly staff! They are always willing to help with suggestions if you are unsure of what you want to drink. The teas are very delicious!

I usually buy tea online and am thrilled to have a place in town where I can try teas. First time in today absolutely phenomenal experience! The man behind the counter came out showed me all the teas I had even remote interest in and wafted the tea scent to me! Which if you don't know is an excellent way to experience tea. I will be going back. I adore the tea chosen for me, and when I informed him of my allergy he helped me find many things for me to enjoy! I can't wait to go back to try more teas
