Dutch Bros Coffee

Love it! Better than Starbucks by far and they're open late (I love that, one of the local shops in Whitehouse closes whenever they want and it drives me crazy)! Can't wait till they open there other locations!

Went opening day and the line was extremely long, yet the service was quick! Definitely some of the best coffee I’ve had, and everyone was so friendly. So glad we have Dutch Bros in Tyler now!!

Got to go on opening day. I did spend quite a bit of time in the drive thru, but as many people as there were the staff was friendly and definitely fast service. I got the caramelizer. It wasn't bad it just wasn't amazing I think it could've done with caramel drizzle and maybe be sweeter for it to be called the caramelizer. It was still pretty good and didn't hurt my tummy like another big chain tends to do.

I have always wanted to try Dutch Bros & when I found out Tyler was getting one I was happy!!! Will rather go here than Starbucks! Love this place & everyone is always so kind!! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

If you’re new to Dutch Bros, read the menu BEFOREHAND. 🙄 I went on a lazy Sunday morning and there was ONLY 2 other cars there ahead of me. Got to the menu, no one behind me, and an employee outside ran to my car and told me to, “take this paper menu and pull forward because we need to move fast.” Okay. Cool. We’re rushing for the ghosts behind me in line, or? Got it. Get to the next side of the driveway, same employee runs back to my car, nobody in front of or behind me, and was immediately asked what I wanted to order. Sheesh, can I look at the menu first, sir??? Guy stood there looking at me while I was reading the menu and asking my child what she wanted to order. Still no cars behind me in line. I finally decide on our orders. Order and was told to pull forward to the window. Still no cars behind me. Get to the window to pick up and had to wait for it to be made. Despite being rushed to the window “because they have to move fast.” 🙄 While waiting, I was asked a series of silly questions, I’m guessing to avoid awkward silence: Canes or Chick Fil A? If I could fly anywhere right now, where would I fly to? Finally get my coffee and it’s just okay. Nothing to write home about. Think I’ll stick to Starbucks. I tried.

Be willing to wait a longggg time in drive thru. If you want over priced coffee just go to Starbucks at least its faster

LOVEEEEEDDD MY FIRST ORDER EXPERIENCE HERE...I must admit the young boy who was outside in the drive through collecting orders late at night was amazing.He made us laugh and enjoy my first experience with Dutch Bros.Also I loved the sizes of the drinks and also the many flavours.The prices are also great aswell.I am def returning because of your staff.They were the reason I am coming back and also the drinks 🥰
