Dutch Bros Coffee

I enjoy this place a lot. Everything tasted so good and everyone is friendly. I don’t like talking a lot so I typically roll up my window and no one seems to mind :)

I love DB coffee. I hate waiting in line 10+ minutes to get to the window and have meaningless conversation while I wait 5 or more minutes for my coffee. Seriously you brothers need order ahead. Until then it’s SB not DB for me.

It was the Grand Opening! Parking lot and drive through were packed. Super excited to have a new coffee place in town! I ordered the Golden Eagle Iced Chai! It’s delicious! 😊

Great coffee, great atmosphere! I love the interaction with the customers. Lines are a little long right now, but worth every second. Can't wait for the other two locations to open!

If I could give 10 stars I would!!! I absolutely love love love Dutch bros! Coffee is always great and staff is always friendly. Also they almost made me cry by saying that they will always have the pumpkin crème brûlée. This is amazing!!

I wanna give them the benefit of the doubt because they are new, but if you are looking for a quick place to get coffee, this ain’t it. I waited over an hour in line for coffee which is ridiculous. If I knew it was gonna take that long, I would’ve just went to Starbucks instead. The staff didn’t seem to be in a hurry instead they were all outside talking knowing that the line was wrapped around the parking lot. Coffee was okay but not worth waiting an hour for. I probably will not be back anytime soon.

The coffee was good, but I’d suggest parking and going up to the counter instead of drive thru when its busy.

Normally dutch bros is a lot faster so lines are no big deal, but the wait time at this location was 30+ minutes for us. They brought our coffee out while we were stuck in line and it ended up being slightly melted already. Nonetheless, good coffee and service overall.

Thank you Dutch Bros Team! I’ve been waiting for the day for Dutch Bros to come to East Texas! I’m from Phoenix originally and it was always a treat getting coffee. On the weekends we make it a priority to drive 45 minutes to get my weekly cup of Dutch bros! The staff is amazing at this location and you won’t be disappointed with how smooth their coffee tastes!

It’s ok, I ordered a kicker with an extra shot and I liked it. The downside is they are still too slow, this location has been open for a while now and I’m waiting 30 min for 1 drink. On a positive note, the staff are super super friendly.

STAY AWAY!!!! I would give negative stars if I could. We waited in line for over 25 minutes for coffee. This place is a runaway train on fire. Poorly managed to the point staff and management will tell you they are still 'trying to figure out their process'. People behind us are getting drinks but they can't get out of line because the way the process works. You call in to customer service and be prepared to wait. The manager had to say 'I need this drink made now, like right now, I mean really like right now'. Lady if you have to tell your staff that many times, you aren't in control. Attendants are running in and out of the building with the same cup of coffee 3 or 4 times and messing around and getting everyone's order wrong. By the time you get your hot drink it is cold. Then I ended up with a cocoa when I ordered a coffee. Save yourself the trouble. The worst Starbucks I have ever been too (on old Jacksonville) is lightyears ahead of and better than this place. It's a shame. Dutch Bros are amazing in Arizona. I would rather drink day old Dollar Tree Coffee left on the side of the road than go there ever again
