We had a great canoe adventure through Santa Elena canyon with Jordan and Far Flung Outdoor Center

This is a must do! Beautiful landscape, absolutely gorgeous! We took 360 tour with Jennifer. She was very knowledgeable about the geology and the area. You will get a little dusty, but absolutely worth it. If I am in the area again , I would absolutely do it again.

Beautiful casitas are well built and spacious.
I love the porch design. Perfect to observe sunup or down..
I wish the shower place is a little bit larger..
There is a microwave. But, none of the dishes provided are safe to cook in the microwave... We have to buy paper plates to accommodate that...
But, overall, I would stay here if we go back to Big Bend again...

My husband and I went on a ATV tour today and it was wonderful! Breath taking scenery, comfortable machines, and a knowledgeable and friendly guide..couldn't ask for anything else! We will definitely return to Far Flung!

Great guides and so easy to book with. I had to call and add a member with no issues. They accommodated a large group and were great with small children we brought along. The guides were so nice. Even with the low water it was a highlight of the trip.

We did a half-day Rio Grande canoe trip and they did a great job. Super professional (although late in pickup) and pretty well organized. River trip was fun, our guide Daniel was knowledgeable about the region, geology and history, and that made the 4-hour trip much more fun. Our group was able to take out inflatable rafts in late July because of recent rains. However, this is a totally relaxing float and not a whitewater trip at all. Bonus - we bought $10 passes to their swimming pool at their base/RV Park, which was really nice, with a changing room, so we could wash off the mud before our drive out. Go with them, awesome job

My dad (82 y.o.) and I (50 y.o.) did a 3 day/2 night canoe trip on the Rio Grande last week. The river was really, really low, so the canoeing conditions were maybe more challenging than we'd expected, but I'd do it all again tomorrow. Our river guides, Brandon and Kevin, were awesome: knowledgeable, patient, professional, helpful, funny, personable...I could go on and on. Everything from the booking of the trip to the take out at the end of the trip was top notch.

I will definitely be staying here on return visits and recommending to family and friends. The accommodations are top notch and felt like home. Beautiful, insulated cabins with A/C and heat. The pool was an oasis in the summer heat and the ATV tour was wonderful. My car broke down in the middle of Big Bend NP and the staff was understanding, compassionate, and very helpful with the aftermath. It is a family run business and they treat their patrons like family.

Great people on this enjoyable outing. Added value from the very informative guide, Brandon. Highly recommend this company.
