On The Grind

Staff is wonderful. The drinks are great. Coffee is absolute minimal and almost all chocolate milk. This time I think they actually forgot the coffee as my drink tasted like just chocolate milk. Not even the hint of coffee that they put. I was going to work so couldn’t turn around and go back. However, in the 3 years that I’ve been going this is the first time it’s happened. Also, as the staff changes so do the flavors of the coffee. Drinks are really consistent in flavor. Sometimes my drink makes my toes curl and sometimes I’m like…… dang. :-/

I went to on the grind today this morning very excited for the new fall drinks. I waited awhile for them to take my order. First let me say I absolutely love the coffee here but the service was just horrible. There was 2 people after me that placed an order AND THEY GOT THEIR DRINK BEFORE ME. I was there way before they got there. I was in the walk up line for almost 30 minutes waiting for my drink. Employees were more focused on the car line than the walk up. By the time I got my drink it was already way watered down and not as enjoying.❗ DO BETTER❗

Stayed in Seguin this weekend, and came here this morning (Sunday) around 9:30am. No line and they made my delicious Peppermint Mocha super quickly! I just wish we had one here in Kyle where I live. Keep up the great service!!

I usually love this location but the two dumb girls that were there may 12 didn't make eye contact, listen, or even care what I was ordering and even dropped my money without caring after I told her she did. While I was ordering the smaller girl was busy looking at her nails 💅 never once made eye contact. While I'm trying to say they dropped my change I was giving them so I can get a full dollar back instead she just kept laughing it off acting like she understood me but didn't care enough to actually listen! Worst service ever!! That's saying alot because I'm from Houston and I get bad service alot out there from different places. Smh.

It seems the "anti-starbucks" crowd has found this place due to the longer lines, but don't let that deter you! When I pulled up the other day, there were 13 cars ahead of me. I had my order and was driving away in 7 minutes! So fast!

Asked for a large lemonade with easy ice and they gave me a half full large cup and 6 icecubes. I can't believe I tipped for that.

Love this place! Such wonderful and friendly barista’s. Especially when you’re a regular customer. They know your order as soon as you pull up! Best coffee in Seguin!

I usually go to the one in New Braunfels (which has been extremely disappointing), but decided to try this location with my mom (her first time) because I had a free drink punch card. I let the girl know before ordering face to face and even reminded her I as I handed her my card to pay for my mom's drink. She gave us the drinks (not even full) and no receipt. Later I realized we were charged for both and she kept the free drink card. Aside from that, the iced coffee was lukewarm and had no flavor (was supposed to be an iced ripper). I have tried to give the place a chance several times, but at this point I'm finished with it.
