Bread is good but a bit over priced. There wasn't a big variety of bread when I went there.

If I could give this bakery no stars I would. The bread was harsh dry and crumbly. The bakery was offering samples of donuts which were no longer new or fresh tasted horrible. 3 pieces of bread for $10.

Fresh sweet bread made throughout the day. Their conchas are my favorite!
If you need a customs cakes this Paris Bakery can assist with that or even if you need a special cake in a pinch they have some on stock.
Plus, there are bananas, strawberry and mango smoothies made from fresh fruit, and a variety of coffee beverages ranging from hot or cold.
Everyone in the family will leave a Paris Bakery café with their tummies happy and money in their pocket (way cheaper than Starbucks)!

I love some good chocolate donuts & conchas. Paris bakery satisfies my cravings any time my sweet tooth kicks in. However, they have a display outside that says they give 25% off to teachers. I brought my ID however it was not honored because I wasn't purchasing a "large quantity for the campus." This is not specified on their sign. If that's the policy, it's okay but it needs to be elaborated on because it is not made clear. They should honor the discount since they are not specifying or even fine printing it on their sign.

I ordered some empanadas to enjoy on this cold day when I opened the empanada it has more bread than filling.

Felt like having a reason to drink a hot chocolate so I figured why not some sweet bread (pan dulce). I knew that it was not that corner bakery we grew up with. 8 pieces of sweet bread. Right figured high side 20.00.
So to my surprise she says 29.00.
Paid but WOW.
PAID 15.99 FOR A SEGRAM 7 BEFORE MY ITCH FOR THR 8 SWEET BREADS PIECES.
It got me thru the idea that I should have be a pastry baker.
Instead of a Air Conditioning service provider.

Bread is very different from other bakeries, delicious! Nice place, clean, frie fly staff. It will be a must-stop on my next visit to the RGV. The cheesecake-like bread is so tasty!

I thought the breads and pastries were excellent Not your typical Mexican sweetbread. Made with real butter you can taste. The flavor is more European than Mexican. Well worth the price. We make it a point to stop when we are in town and bring plenty back home to San Antonio.
