I always like to try a place more than once before I write a review, especially bran new places. That being said today makes my 4th stop at Think coffee, I have tried the Vietnamese Coffee, Americano, White Chocolate and Vanilla Latte and I have not been disappointed in the slightest. I am actually incredibly excited about this coffee shop. SO GOOD! The owner Maria is always the one at the window, she is always smiling and just a very pleasant person to speak with. This is a stellar coffee shop with easily the nicest owner I have ever met and its in Bracken. That's a win, win, win.
Now, about this coffee. Probably the coolest thing I have learned about this place is that Maria makes all her syrups from scratch! So you are not getting over processed junk with tons of preservatives put into your morning cup of joe (another win). She wants her customers to experience the flavor of the coffee bean its self not just the things she puts into it. She takes pride in the bean that she selected for her shop and tries to heighten its flavor with what she adds to her tasty drinks not hide it. As a person that actually enjoys the flavor of a good coffee bean I appreciate this. Most coffee shops try way to hard to be starbucks but not Think Coffee Co and I LOVE IT! If you are a starbucks person that likes the super sweet coffee with so much stuff in it you cant taste the coffee this may not be the place for you but I'm sure if you tell maria that's what you are looking for she can make it happen. On the other hand if you enjoy a good cup of quality coffee this is 100% the spot for you! Thanks for blessing Bracken with such a wonderful coffee shop.

The iced vanilla latte and homemade pop tarts are where it’s at. Absolutely love having this little coffee shop with the sweetest owner around the corner from home.

Maria is super sweet and she makes an amazing, AUTHENTIC Mexican cafe de olla! Can't wait to go back! I'm planning to try the keto latte next ☕ If you are a coffee aficionado, you will appreciate the simplicity of REAL ingredients that complement the richness of the beans ❤️

Excellent coffee drive through, definitely the best coffee in the area!

To me the taste of the black coffee is where it all starts and I was impressed! Nice rich flavor. I'm glad I stopped in.

Not a huge selection and really not any better than what I can make at home. The iced white mocha tasted like plastic I couldn't even drink it. And a bit pricey. Will give it a little more time to hopefully work the kinks out and will try again.

Love their cold brew. Maria was super friendly.
