When I first moved to SA I resided in the St Paul Square area and went to this place almost every day. I miss it!! Still the best coffee in SA I have had so far. The roast and brew is perfection every time, and high quality plant milk used too. Additionally, I enjoyed the mini quiches they carry. They only downsides would be perhaps limited parking and outdoor space, but that is a limitation of the area in general.

Wow, this is a nice little space. Really cool environment and loved the breakfast taco (had some size to it!). Really friendly young woman working the counter and wow, that Kentucky Smoke latte - AMAZING.

Stopped into Estate on my way to work and ordered the Honey Lavender latte with oat milk. So so good. Not super sweet, but you could still get the hint of lavender. I also got a slice of zucchini bread which was equally delicious. Can't wait to stop in again!

Eclectic spot with quality coffee. Roast and grind their beans. The oat milk honey and lavender latte was yummy.

Excellent coffee, great service. Currently, you can order ahead online or go just inside the door, place your order and wait in your car for them to bring it out. When the inside is open, it's a great place to enjoy your coffee. The entire storefront is windows and the interior is an uncluttered, clean space perfect for relaxing with your coffee and an actual newspaper or a book, although if you prefer to brush up on your news or a book electronically, it's a great space for that too.

Delicious coffee and great window-front seating, only two things I would change if I could.
Cleanliness: Several of the tables and the counter seating had pastry crumbs sprayed across them and had discarded napkins or used cups still sitting on them the whole time I was there.
Parking: There's a decent amount of street parking, but the dedicated spaces in front of the shop are very narrow and back up directly onto the street - if you drive an SUV or other long or large vehicle, park in the street and save yourself a bit of a maneuvering headache.

Double shot was little bitter and hardly warm when I received it. 1 other customer waiting for drink before me.

Had a coffee. Very relaxed, clean, friendly atmosphere.

One of the best locally roasted coffees in SA! Chill environment with free wifi and friendly baristas. I'm here like everyday.
