Excellent execution of charcuterie meats and dry-aging- Jennifer was an excellent host to us at the bar. My best friend really enjoyed the duck breast.

I really enjoyed this place. My wife and I ended up walking over there from art museum on a Friday evening. Weโ€™re able to get seated immediately which is always a plus. Wife started with the citrus beet salad, I was only able to have a single bite. Very good. I ordered us a nine piece (sounds weird) charcuterie board. We demolished that baby. Definitely would go back.

The Good: This is our new favorite place for charcuterie boards. The meat selection was absolutely delicious. Our favorites were the apple jalapeno pork rillettes, smoked duck ham, and cherry and sage sausage. The cheese complimented the meat nicely. We chose the indigo ridge and keystone, and the quality was definitely there. The baguette had orange zest and fresh cracked pepper which made the bread hard not to eat on it's own. The preserve that we preferred was the pink lemonade ๐Ÿ˜‹ beautifully done.

Pig Cheek Poutine: This one just floored me I was so impressed. They chose Wisconsin cheddar curds as a binder so it all had a great chew. The cauliflower topper was pickled and had a nice crunch which is important for a poutine to avoid falling into one mushy texture. The meat was perfectly cooked and super flavorful. Fries were pretty standard but the dish as a whole worked really well together.

The Striped Bass: The skin was left on for crunch. Fish was cooked well the salsa gave it more of a Mexican restaurant vibe but worked for the dish. **this was plated beautifully but I probably wouldn't get it again. It was nice but not a stand out for me personally**

The Bad: The place was busy so service was a little slow. Fortunately, the managers were walking the floor to give some backup and that helped tremendously. Big shout out to great team work!

The Aftermath: Love this place and we're already planning to make a follow up visit. We'd like to try a few more of the main entrees. The highlight for me was the generous servings on the charcuterie board. Next visit we're going to try out their lunch menu. They also have happy hour 3 to 6 ๐Ÿท๐Ÿบ

What a great experience! From the service to the food, everything was excellent. Even the server that was in training hit it out of the park. We stopped in for a happy hour dinner, enjoying quail legs, poutine, and a fried green tomato & shrimp po boy. Paired it with a couple cocktails and finished it off with some amazing egg nog. Finally, our curiosity got the best of us about the restaurant and the chef/owner even took time to visit with us. Couldn't have had a better experience and definitely worth checking out.

Love this place for a date out during the day when kids are both at daycare and we take a day off. It's so chill right when it opens and you get great but not overbearing service. Never tried going later in the evening. The charcuterie board so so amazing and you can make so many different flavor profiles. Had a salad today, the gemstone i think, that just blew us away!

Wow! So good!

They renovated an old Pearl Brewery accounting house into a first class smokehouse, with a cool, rustic decor.

However, without the amazing food, it would have just been another hipster joint. Don't worry though, the food is that good.

We had the charcuterie starter with pineapple chili pork, smoked duck, and lamb belly. It was served with an array of sauces, jams, and spreads, along with homemade crackers. Excellent.

For our main dishes we had the pig cheek poutine and the smoked rabbit. We gave the pig a 8 and the rabbit a 10+. We shared plates, so overall we were very happy.

Service was top notch and the beer/cocktail/wine selection was very good.

Make this your next date night, or a place to hang with your coworkers for an upscale meal.

Entirely mediocre. Charcuterie board, which is their specialty, was mostly tasteless. Steak WAY overpriced. Has potential but not even close to where it should be. Must be better options in the area.

Really awesome place. Enjoyed the selections and the history of the building and the surrounding areas. The area was very appealing and had some unique shops. Cured was a pleasant surprise to our lunch time. Check this one out for sure, we will definitely come again when in the area.

Fantastic experience. Cocktails, charcuterie and amazingly friendly service. A great place to grab a nosh and enjoy The Pearl area. If your feeling overwhelmed by the menu option or feeling whimsical, your waitperson will always point you in the right direction.
