For regular hot coffee... na is not a good place, but for ice coffee and other drinks the are very good, my doughter love those drinks, ice drinks a good, but for a regular americano or regular hot coffee... I rather see other option

This locations misses the mark on customer service and efficiency. I am writing this review as I sit in line and have been here for 30+minutes. Only about 10 vehicles ahead of me to start.

They are working hard over here! I just waited in a 20 car line and they’re walking up to cars and taking orders in Texas in July. Wow. The coffee is divine and Everyone is so nice, shout-out to David who changed my life with the soft top. I hope you guys keep it up!

5/5 star rating because I'm not a jerk and all the employees are/seem nice
3/5 star if you want a truthful taste rating. It's okay. It's not really groundbreaking. (At least I'm not particularly blown away by any of the drinks I got; Annihilator (iced), Nitro cold brew (w/ soft top), Aftershock Blue Rebel (Blended), Electric Berry)
They do what it says on the tin, and that's alright. I won't go out the way to grab them any time soon or ever, but if I'm driving by (yall will presumably be adding more locations), I might be like "why not?"
There seems to be quite a bit of customizability, so it's just as possible It's my own fault for not being blown outta the water.

Started coming here when renovations started at Dunkin. The coffee here is top notch! I get a consistent drink every time. The employees are always happy and friendly. The line might be long but it doesn't take too long to get through 🙂

This place has great drink options. Got the iced double chocolate mocha. Loved it! Was little bit too sweet for me. Very impressed by their super quick drive thru service. Will go back to try more.

(Starbucks seems snobbish compared to this Cool spot). Plenty of covered shaded semi outdoor seating. Upbeat Music playing adds to the ambience……..

Dutch Bros is one of my favorite coffee stops. Don't let the line deter you, as it moves pretty quickly. They have an amazing amount of options from frozen blended coffee to their energy drinks (which you can also get frozen). Everything tastes great. It's a huge plus that they have plenty of kid-friendly options, as well. They have more flavors than I've seen at any other coffee shop. The employees are all kind and helpful. I'd like to see a few more around the Austin area.
