My first time getting coffee. Talk about customer service. The young lady that came up to my car to take my order was so helpful and the girl at the window was the cutest. She asked about my day and errands. She was too Flippin cute. You have a new customer

Took at least five minutes for someone to come to the window inside. Only paying attention to the drive thru. And when they did, it was only because I had hollered into the work station. I’d blame it on the loud af music but I had three different employees walk right past without a word.

went to pickup drinks for friends while we were at an event, we got 4 drinks in a drink carrier but they never gave us the 5th drink. sat there for 20 minutes while other people’s orders were called, we went up to ask about the drink and it was sitting there ready the whole time but nobody bothered to call it out. the window service was not the best, just go through the drive through if you don’t have time to kill

Walked up to place order. Waited over 20 minutes and still 3 others in front of me. Finally canceled order after watching employee just standing around drinking coffee and not helping. Great location and building concept but won’t be back to this one.

When I asked for the Wifi password to glance at a menu online, they don't know if they have one. It's a coffee shop, should be a simple process to find serviceable Wifi and a menu

I love Dutch Bros coffee. While their wait times can be very long, they usually try to be as speedy about it as the possibly can and are always very friendly. Their rewards program is pretty awesome too! I have received many free drinks because the points rack up quickly.
However: their food choices leave A LOT to be desired. And, on more than one occasion, I've watched the employees who actually make the drinks stop making them to chat with their fellow employees when they are very busy. I understand wanting a fun a friendly atmosphere. But talk WHILE you work. Don't stop what you are doing to chit-chat. It's unprofessional and adds to the wait times.

They are one of the best coffee shops. My husband and I have been married for 25years. We have started dating all over again. We love long drives and we love coffee. We frequently visit various coffee shops within a 20 mile radius. Dutch Brothers coffee shop in Round Rock on Palm Valley (79) is clean, organized, quick. The staff are welcoming, friendly and personable. They are very modestly dressed and professional demeanor. There are many good coffee shops, but if the line is long it goes by very fast. Highly recommend you support these college students working here. Music is groovy too!

Nice little coffee shop. Just a couple of picnic benches for seating and a couple of stand up tables. The seating area can be opened up in good weather. No Wi-Fi. Guess the lack of Internet and seating means they'd prefer you to grab and go.

The energy from the staff is amazing and the coffee is beyond tasty! Haven't tried anything but coffee but I live in Pflugerville and will make this drive to Round Rock just for the coffee!! Definitely go check this place out they also have lemonade, soda and teas!

It was just okay. The cold brew “nitro” wasn’t so nitro and had ice, a bunch of it in fact. Nice place though and a bit of a wait since it was so busy. The sitting area and tables were great with the big windows open and the cool breeze.
