Dutch Bros Coffee

First time trying the coffee here and I think it was good. Yes, to familiarize with I want to order, I took some time going through the drink menu before getting there and that really helped. Inside the store, unlike other coffee shops that has table and wooden chairs and sofas, Dutch Bros store only has bench tables/chairs; in addition, the place kind of reminded me of a Jiffy lube stores that has garage door in both ends. Very interesting and I wonder whether how often people orders and have the drinks inside the store. Anyway, I played safe and ordered a medium hot "Kicker" which consists of espresso, half and half and Irish cream. Not bad.

First time here and I loved everything about my experience. They have staff standing outside of the drive thru to take your order and answer any questions you have. The staff here have such a welcoming demeanor and provide fantastic service. Be sure to ask for a pup cup, which is whipped cream and a dog treat. I ordered the hazelnut truffle mocha which was AMAZING! Get it with oat milk, you won't regret it.

Normally I don't leave reviews but today I felt I needed to. I went to Dutch Bros because I was feeling depressed and this was only place I could think of that would cheer me up even just a little.

The guy taking my order, I believe his name was Aiden, and I were talking so I told him to surpise me with whatever drink would help me feel less depressed. He took the time to think of a delicious coffee and then proceeded to give me some kind words. I no longer felt as alone as I had before speaking with him and that warmed my heart.

As I get my drink I see that they had written on it some kind words (In the picture above/below). It was so sweet and genuine I didn't even know how to react. I said thank you and left with tears in my eyes (the good kind, don't worry). They definitely had a positive impact on my day.

I know this is a long review and not many people will read it but I just wanted them to know that the little things they did in their day were big things in my day. Thank you everyone who helped me today. I hope one day I can repay your kindness.

Any single time I go to this specific location, I am greeted with warmth and patience. The folks who work here really do enjoy suggesting new flavors and drinks if you are curious to try something new! Hunter, the manager on duty when I stopped by recently, was so helpful and when I was giving praise to a few of their employees (the sweet young ladies who introduced me to an Italian cream soda combo), he immediately knew who I was talking about and was excited to hear of their success. Working in the food/drink industry isn’t easy, but every time I pop by to get a drink, they do such a great job not just with the product, but with the service itself.

We were visiting Round rock and came to try this location out. We had the Rebel mangonada blended, strawberry watermelon rebel iced, strawberry smoothie and a strawberry banana smoothie- everything was so good! We love this place! Staff is very friendly and helpful

I always tend to have a great experience at Dutch bros. The employee always have a smile 😃 and seem to have a good work culture. Great customer service and fast service even in the busy line I was just in. I recommend the Picture Perfect Double blended with softop, whip cream, two extra shots of espresso ☕️ & try it with Cinnamon & nutmeg on top it won’t disappoint. Definitely check em out and you get your bang for your buck, way better than Starbucks in my opinion but I’ll leave that up for you to decide. 👀

Line hella long…. Waited 20mins for coffee. This was on a Sunday 1030am. Just be ready for the long wait. It’s not the typical local coffee shop. It’s more like boba style coffee where you have levels of sweetness. Different style of coffee.

They are so kind every time I come in! Drinks are made just the way I like them and if not they remake it and don't make me feel bad about it. Their lobby is so clean and fun to be in, its such a fun vibe and the staff is so welcoming!! A+

The last couple of times I've asked for sugar free and I find out it's not. They used to be good about it, but it doesn't seem to be true anymore.

Service and attitude rock, but verify your drinks, especially if you are diabetic.

Always an amazing experience regarding customer service. The coffee is amazing. The wait can be a little long, but oh well, that's what happens when a business is that good. Special call out to the employees at this location. Always a smile, always super helpful.
