Main Street Coffee House

The coffee is good and so is the nice young man that attended me. I've been in with my daughter a few times since the shop opened and those first times were wonderful. Unfortunately since the change in ownership, I feel this place has gone downhill. What used to be a nice and welcoming place has become the complete opposite. I understand everyone has their political views but keep them out of your business. And I also find it immature and unprofessional when you have customers in your shop and you're bad mouthing your own employees. It is very disrespectful to both your customers and workers. I hope this shop goes back to being a welcoming place but I doubt it will. I don't think we'll be stopping in anymore.

Our favorite spot for coffee in Rockport. I love the seasonal specials and the witty names they have. Very inviting and kid friendly.

Irish creme coffee was on point! Also tried a white mocha and it's literally the best I've ever had. Heard there's going to be a new theme next month so I'm excited to get back and check it out!

We just visited here for the first time today. My gingerbread latte was amazing! My daughter's iced caramel macchiato was outstanding as well. The staff is very attentive.

took 45 minutes for 3 coffee orders. Two very slow and unmotivated employees. one would stop every few minutes to take another order. I understand morning rushes and being busy, but 45 minutes and no apology for it is unacceptable. Please do better.

Loved this place! I was so impressed with the coffee, the sweet service and the absolutely lovely atmosphere!

Atmosphere and seating are great. Service wasn't though. I asked for an unsweetened almond milk (I'm diabetic and dairy free) but was served a very sweet latte with sweetened almond milk. Employees were very chatty with each other but not as attentive to guests.

I absolutely love the environment! Big cozy chairs! Cozy atmosphere! I will be back!

This is one of our favorite coffee shops to visit when we are in the area, however Saturday afternoon and Sunday (today) morning were pretty disappointing. Giving 3 stars for the drinks themselves but the service was way too slow both days. I've been a barista for many years and like the one star review, 45 minutes for 2 drinks is unacceptable. Even Saturday afternoon, we were waiting a good 20 minutes for 2 drinks. I think the one barista was in training, not a smart move for a busy Sunday. There needs to be a sense of urgency and multi-tasking while making drinks

The Barista could use a refresher course in customer service. I got the feeling that she felt she was doing me a favor by taking my order.
