I had the Traditional Eggs Benedict. It was good, but the ham had a lot of cartilage. I'd eat it again, though.

My family and I are visiting Rockport from Austin and we had the best breakfast at JJ’s! Our waitress, Gail, was very sweet and attentive, A+ service! The food was delicious, my parents loved their eggs, toast, biscuits, bacon, etc. The hash cakes were especially good, with a great flavor. Cheesy grits good as well. I enjoyed my chocolate chip pancakes, they were delicious. All around great experience and hope to come back next time we’re in town.

The food is top notch good!!! Went around 11am and it was rush time but the servers still greeted us with a smile and was very pleasant! My hubby and I both ordered the JJs omelette and it was finger licking good. Even the "hashbrown cake" and wheat toast! We will definitely come back to visit again! You will not be disappointed at all.

Love coming here for breakfast. Not too many restaurants in Rockport will substitute with egg whites for eggs. This place does every single time, never a problem. Great food and great service!

Waitress during my most recent visit was 10/10 for service - orders + respective modifications were perfect, drinks never empty, pre-bussed, friendly, & (my favorite part) voluntarily brought out little snacks for my toddler when she noticed them getting impatient & grumpy while our food was being made.

Good portions. Fast service. Friendly servers. I has the build your own omelet with all the veggies, hashbrowns, and a biscuit.

Super place. Friendly. Good food. Patriots aplenty. Great wall art and messages. Love the staff and customers alike.

Highly recommend this place. The food is great and so is the service. Will continue eating breakfast here.

We came in on Sunday about 12:30 pm. The place was slammed with large groups and there was a wait. We waited about 30 minutes to get a table. After the large groups left the place seemed to calm down a bit. The wait staff was in constant motion while we were there. We ordered immediately upon getting seated. I ordered the Sunday special, a fried pork chop. My sides were fried okra and onion straws. My wife ordered the chicken fried chicken but they brought her a fred pork chop as well. She tasted it and decided to keep it. Her sides were mashed potatoes and cream gravy and onion straws. The pork chops were moist and flavorful as well as tender. Kitchen was short handed so it took a little time to prepare and serve the meal. Once things slowed down, our server was very friendly and explained the situation to us. She indicated that Sunday is one of their busiest days and today they had some large groups which impacted the kitchen getting things plated. My wife and both loved the pork chops and the onion strings seem to be pretty popular as well. A lot of patrons were eating breakfast during our visit. We look forward to eating there again.
