Used to love this location. Not sure if the owners are aware of how little these employees care about customers. The one with the longer hair taking an order actually stood talking to the person in the white car for about 6-7 minutes while we all waited to order. She kept looking back and laughing knowing the line was growing. Finally the blond came out and she took the car in front of me order, or should I say handed them the tablet to do their own order while she held a puppy for almost 5 mins. Then the first girl came back and took my order. We pull up behind the white car while these 2 decided to visit for several minutes with the person in the white car. It was so disappointing. I've never had a problem here before.

This was my first time here and it was so good! The customer service is prompt and friendly. I ordered the Islander cold brew with coconut milk and it is they have the yummiest combo so far!

I LOVE this location and 151 Coffee!!! We get it probably 2-3 times a week and they’re always so friendly, fast and the coffee/drinks are always delicious. The selection of options is also amazing - different types of coffee, energy drinks, shakes, teas, refreshers, basically everything you might want. My only recommendation, please please get some sort of reward system, punch card or mobile app for points! :)

I absolutely LOVE 151!!!! ❤️ Fantastic service with a smile EVERY single time! Great drinks, no matter which one you choose, great attitudes from every person I've encountered...and there have been many. It's been every time I've gone. This is my new go to! I will never go to Starbucks again.

I cannot express how much I appreciate the service here. They’re completely friendly and kind, but keep it brief. Genuinely, thank you all so much for not forcing cornball conversation on me against my will and making my drinks so fast. It’s everything I want 🙏

i absolutely love their coffee and i’m at this place 2 or 3 times. a couple of the baristas recognize me and they all love when i bring my dog, and they’re usually always so nice. my go to latte is the horchata, but it doesn’t always taste the same. their new snickers latte is SO good though. a great coffee shop!

Visited at 8am during their Grand Opening and there was already a line around the building! It went quickly and I was satisfied with the service and the coffee! They are great with recommendations if you're unsure what to get. I ended up with the white chocolate macadamia and it was delicious. Great addition to Roanoke.

Dude, I’m still shook. I pulled up here for the first time. And was looking for some coffee before a road trip and they told me first timers get free coffees. Love the business technique because they have me for life! Psychologically, I’m okay with giving them my money forever now 😂

My first time here was amazing, the staff was quick to assist us and explained the menu for us. It was a delightful birthday experience! I will definitley be back!

PLEASE do yourself a favor and stop here!! They have both a drive-thru and some lovely outdoor seating. The whole place is so cute, and the baristas working there were so friendly and kind. I tried the “Irish Sin” drink, and I do not exaggerate when I say from the first sip, I was hooked. They have a very extensive menu so I had a hard time choosing, but I’m glad I got the drink I did. It was so yummy! As a bonus, they gave me a HUGE discount when I told them it was my first time. I will definitely return, and you should stop too!
