Black Rock Coffee Bar

Great service overall!! I walk in and was immediately greeted with good customer service. The staff members there were so polite, friendly and nice especially when I was taking forever to choose a drink. Not just that the drinks there was so good. I got the caramel truffle and boy oh boy it was good. So good that it was like I was on cloud 9.

Just moved into the neighborhood and needed a new coffee spot. The young lady who helped me at the window was so sweet! And omg best coffee cake I ever had. Thanks for making me a regular soon!

I love this place. Everytime I have been the people are really friendly and helpful. I love that they have a military discount.

Came for the grand opening and they were super prepared for the huge amount of customers. Every staff member I encountered was super friendly and happy to talk! The drinks were prepared super quick despite how insanely crowded it was, and they tasted really good too! Would definitely be returning to try more stuff on the menu 😊

Friendly people, delicious drinks, what more could I ask for? Their Mexican Mocha is my absolute favorite from any coffee chain. And I believe I have a new favorite seasonal drink to look forward to-- Toasted Hazelnut Latte.

They also have oatmilk as an alternative to milk, so this is definitely a plus!

Today was our first visit to Black Rock, the coffee was great the staff - not so much.
As we pull around to get our order the window server was very congenial but I noticed a staff member sitting on the counter on her phone with other staff members around her. When I pointed it out to the server they explained that there were no managers on duty. I then
went in to explicit detail as to which body parts are being smeared on the counter where food is served. I wasn't crude but technical. I stated to all from the window that sitting on the counter was bad, this person literally had their A#s where food is served. I was.met with a typical angry eye roll, thanked them for the coffee and left. They never asked the girl to get off of the counter. The iced coffee is delicious but that was NOT an ideal experience.

Do Not order thru Black Rock website for pick up! Size and taste will surely disappoint. Online order thru Black Rock website routes customer to door dash without advising the customer. Result will be pricier, and less tasty product. Total disappointment this morning with a Mexican Mocha this morning. Thank you staff for offering me the right size for Mexican Mocha (Medium), which is the only size at the physical location.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a caramel late and extra shot of expresso; didn’t taste my coffee till I got to work and it was bland no caramel, just warm milk. Went to make a complaint and was told that it’s my fault and that next time I should tell them to measure the pump accurately!
