Great tasting coffee. Cashier was super helpful.

An average tasting medium sized oat-milk latte for $7.31!! More expensive than Starbucks..

I would definitely give 0 star for customer service, they didn’t even look at us coming in and not even said hi or anything, it was Saturday night nov 5th 2 girls were serving on drive thru non of them got a chance to ask us if we wanted anything for the whole 15 mins that we stayed there. They were taking orders at drive thru and didn’t acknowledge our presence. Was a slow night because of the Astros game. Which they won. :)

The best part of waking up...is Black Rock in my cup! Great coffee and excellent service.

I got the caramel blondie, and the flavor was amazing. The taste beats Starbucks over roasted beans by a mile. You also get more for your money. The staff was also,, friendly. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for a great flavor, cost efficient product, and great service.

The atmosphere and staff are awesome! As a coffee enthusiast and aficionado I do have to say their coffee is pretty weak and bland. I've gone to both locations in katy and Richmond and the coffee/espresso is always bland/stale, cold brews nitro cold brews are acidic ; never smooth. I believe a little more training/education on coffee is needed for better quality coffee. Would love to see this business succeed as any other business.

I've been to a few locations and each time the consistency is 10/10.
This location has a very clean lobby but the staff need to clean the restroom more often.

I recommend adding extra cane sugar if you're accustomed to Starbucks sweetness.

I love visiting black Rock. Staff is incredibly upbeat and professional. And the options they have are amazing. Even for those of us that like their coffee a little stronger to get our day started.

Absolutely love black rock! Much needed location in this area! We love the caramel blondie, caramel truffle and the fuel drinks!
